  The directions for assembly of the tire lift were great until it came to the wiring, there was no diagram which made it difficult to complete. It took as long to put the wiring/battery together as it did the whole unit. Love the lift, well built.

  I received the 2 side bed tool boxes within a week. After opening the boxes. I found a bunch of 7/16 nuts inside both tool boxes. At first I didn’t see anything wrong. When I went to open the bottom door, the entire door came off and fell to the floor bending and denting the corners. During the assembly, they apparently DID NOT put the 7/16 nuts on the bolts for the hinges and tighten! So I immediately checked the other tool box bottom door and same thing. This kinda pissed me off. You pay over a 1,000.00 bucks for each and during their assembly, they can’t fasten and secure the bottom doors. So yea I got one with the corner bottom door dented due to someone during the assembly not doing their job completely. Quality control if they have that should do a better job checking before sending out the product!!

  The part was incorrect not the one we needed. When we contacted the company they were polite and promptly provided me with the return instructions. Informing me at that time that we would be responsible for the return freight. We had to pay out of pocket to return the part and order the correct one.

  Found what I needed on the site and appreciated having dimensions in the pictures. It got a little confusing knowing when the truck tool boxes would show up since I kept getting conflicting emails from the shipper, but they did arrive quickly and in good condition despite selecting the cheapest option. They were shipped very quickly after ordering despite it being a Sunday when i placed the order. I was also called by the company when the shipper had two conflicting addresses to ensure they got it to me. The product seems very sturdy and the mounting hardware worked good on my truck. Very happy with my purchase!

  It's not as good a tool as I thought it would be. The angle is off and the bend to much. The price is way too high for what you get. Did better with a straightened boxed end wrench. Sold it to another driver for $20.

  Misleading info on shipping. Ordered 2 day express. Received the next Thursday. Customer support trying to track it provided no answers until I tried to cancel it on Wednesday. Then they said I couldn't because it shipped tuesday.

  I did not appreciate having my credit card information given to PayPal on checkout. PayPal is not a trustworthy card processor. I have had two credit cards stolen by Venmo which is owned by PayPal.

  I personally would not buy this item again. It did not mount up correctly, it sits at a leaning back angle and not square or evenly, and mounting my light was a chore. I ended up having to drill 4 bolts for the light I have.

  I have had my own mini light bar that is still new for some time. Drilling the holes for it to work is not really the issue. It's the fact that the mounting to the truck is not a clean look. It has a very recognizable leaning back look. That doesn't go with the straight lines of the truck, its not a square flush mount.

The item you purchased was on back order due to the computer chip shortages. The manufacturer had to find a completely new chip for the product as the one they had been using was discontinued.   Correct, but it is not necessary to say that it was in stock when it was not in stock. I have checked with 10 companies, and they all said it was not available and it is unknown when it will be available. But you said it was in stock. And when we paid for the product, you started saying to wait and wait more, and so on. If it is not in stock, it should be said so, instead of using the customer's money for two months. And if you read reviews from people who bought products from you, they say the same thing.
