My only issue was. I spent a lot of money on the wand brushes, and they seemed to be all dried up, no product ever came out of them! So I had to use the whitening gel with the light. Very frustrated

After a week of using it I checked my before/after pics and was disappointed to see there was very little change, if any. Especially since some of the reviews said their teeth got already 1-2 shades lighter after only 1 use! So I stopped using it and even considered sending it back. But I picked it back up a month later and started using it everyday, thinking i might as well try to make the most of it. After 1 week I was 2-3 shades lighter and I finally had impressive before/after pics to show off my friends. My top results were after 15-20 days. Now they're 4 shades lighter (were 6-7, now 2-3). So don't lose hope if it doesn't work right away!

Love this product. Teeth don’t get sensitive. Customer service is excellent. My order got lost in the mail, contacted them and within a couple hours had a new package on the way

I am about 10 days in and I see a noticeable difference! Even took away a stubborn stain on one tooth. No sensitivity afterwards. Highly recommend!

This product is amazing. Seen results after first use and continued to see results every time. Very little sensitivity. The mouth piece isn't too big either. Had no problems with this product what so ever ... Thanks snow team

This lip scrub is great. It’s a smooth scrub so it doesn’t tear up my lips. It exfoliates so nicely.

Love this floss. No grittiness, thin floss goes in and out of teeth easily. No bad taste. I think it actually neutralizes the gunk that gets on the floss.
