I have purchased the original one you plug into your phone with the extra strength serum. The cord stopped working and I called and their customer service is amazing! It was under warranty and they sent a new one out right away. Then I ordered the new cordless red one and LOVE it, so then I ordered 2 more one for each of my sons. I am on automatic renewal for the extra strength serum, it does not make your gums sensitive at all. I probably use it to much, I'm addicted! I use it probably 4-5 nights a week for 20 minutes before bed. I have never had so many compliments on my white teeth, it is definitely a confidence booster. I would highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about this, but it is worth every penny. I had the whitening done at my dentist and I could not even tell! Make the purchase you will never regret it! Lori

When I received the snow unit, I used it right away. It seemed that the 30 minute treatment time was long. I guess I was anxious!! I just did two 30 minute sessions. It didn’t seem to take long. I am seeing results already!! I will continue using the device for two 30 minute sessions until my teeth are as white as they can be. I also gave a Snow device to my son for Christmas! Thanks Snow!!! Snow whitening toothpaste is amazing. I could see difference in my teeth colour just after couple of days . Its affordable and first order also came with extra goodies . Overall I would recommend this product to friends and family.
