The experience i have with Snow was very good. My order was missing an item. I contacted them right away and was shipped instantly with no problems. I also like how they keep in touch to see how your product and progress is going. Thier customer service is service that should happen everywhere and as far as the product it really does work as long as you stay on top of it everyday. You can definitely see some improvements after awhile and everybody is different. Very much pleased!! Thankyou!
