When I first ordered my set in December for Christmas I was so excited to start my teeth whitening journey sadly after a month my led mouth piece broke… but the amazing snow team reached out to me and sent me a new one!!!! How amazing is that 😍😍😍 customer service 100!!! And just absolutely love there products

This product is amazing!! I love it to use everyday! It’s makes very clean and My kids used to hate brushing their teeth and didn't do much, but since switching to The LED Electric Whitening Toothbrush, they've been having fun brushing their teeth every day. Thanks to SNOW!

Firstly, this product helps me maintain better oral hygiene. Secondly, I’m seeing a difference in just six days, albeit minimal. But I’m hopeful. Other products were hard to keep on my teeth and made my gums feel really sensitive.

The mouthwash is some of the best that I have ever had the pleasure of trying. It's the perfect mouthwash for a coffee drinker. I would highly recommend this product.

They are the BEST. I’ve used trays for my teeth with whitening tubes from the dentist and they never lightened my teeth. SNOW did a great job and friends have noticed how white my teeth are now. I LOVE SNOW. I use it only once a week to maintain the new light color….and no burning peroxide!

This is my first time using this product and I hope to see positive results soon. The mouth piece is fairly comfortable and you get used to it after a few minutes. My issue: I paid over $130 for this and one of the serum tubes will not work properly. It won’t eject any serum onto the brush no matter how many times I twist it. I tried another one in my box and it worked. I would like to get a replacement serum stick. My other issue: the instructions seem simple, and they are, but almost too simple for a first time user. It doesn’t tell you how much serum to brush onto your teeth. It also says you can keep it on for 10-30 minutes. That’s a long span. I realize 10 minutes may do less work and 30 might do more, but some explanation or suggested usage should be on the instruction manual. It doesn’t tell you how to clean the mouth piece (though common sense would be soap and water) or how many times to use it. Or when you’re supposed to start using the stronger serum. There may be more info on the site, but the packaging/manual needs to have a little more on there. But I’m more so disappointed that my product didn’t come 100% and came with a faulty serum stick.
