I am in love with these products. I ordered my original shipment on August 4th, 2023 which came with gold extra strength pen and two silver whitening pens. Unfortunately, all 3 of the pens dried out after a few uses. I sent an email to customer service and got replacement pens at no charge! They all work wonderfully and I love the charcoal floss that came with replacement pens as a gift for me. I recommend this product to everyone and anyone. Thank you for always helping me when I need assistance. I can smile with confidence now!

This toothbrush works well and has 4 settings. It takes some getting used to, for example, I was adding the toothpaste to the brush and then turning it on and the toothpaste was spinning off the brush before it was in my mouth. Now, I put the toothpaste on the brush and then turn it on while it's in my mouth which really helps.
