I wanted to believe the social media posts about this product, but it is not as advertised. The filtered videos online look to make your teeth white with just the first brushing, and this is not true. My smile brightened maybe one shade with prolonged use, and definitely not the vibrant white in the videos. Trying to get the powder on my toothbrush without more ending up in the sink than on the brush is problematic as well. This is an expensive product and would be worth it if it worked as advertised, but it just isn't so. Save your money.

Mine is not automatically and I didn't see any directions to trouble shoot it. I tried unplugging and plugging back into my phone a bunch of times. If someone could help me with this, I'd appreciate it because I can't use it.

I ordered this pen not realizing I needed the LED light as well… So a week or two later I ordered the LED light this was back in June… I still have not received the LED light. I have called three or four times and left messages, I have sent multiple emails. I have attempted to contact to either get a refund or to get a new LED light sent to me as I never received the one that I paid for in the first place… And I cannot get a single call back. I cannot get an email back and nobody will help me

Your product does not work first to whiten your teeth other than putting some white solution on your teeth. The pen delivery tip is marginal at best and hard to get a good application of the solution on your teeth every time. The skinny pencil design of your product does not make it stable at all on the bath vanity and falls over too easily. Because of the round pen design it rolls all over the place. A square pen design would greatly improve your product in being able to make it steady on the vanity top and wouldn’t roll all around in a drawer either. I would highly not recommend your product.
