I like them but they are very sticky. I also find they only whiten some areas and not others. I do see a little difference though.

I am pleased overall with the design. No aftertaste or sensitivity. I am 4 days in. Will only stay lit on my Macbook. I am excited to see the result.

I expected better results at this point. My teeth are slowly getting whiter. Ordered some white strips but have not received them yet!

I do like the product. I used the warranty for a new toothbrush because it skips to sensitive a lot. The second one does the same. Going to request a new toothbrush and give it one last try. Frustrating to get costly toothpaste all over when trying to reset it to brush option.

I have been using for two weeks and my teeth still seem the same when I use the white teeth chart. But I do like how clean my mouth feels after I use it!

Nice kit but after a week I have not really seen any change in whitening my teeth. I am also a little concerned that the led unit is not working properly any longer. Last night the unit kept turning off and I had to reinsert the cord into my phone 3 times.

A bit slower progress than advertised

I loved that this was waterproof and advertised for use in the shower, so I got it! Who doesn't love multitasking? The button is touch activated, so if the water actually hits it, it turns it off/switches the settings... additionally, when rinsing it off, the same happens. It often gets stuck on, and will just randomly scroll through the different settings and I'm unable to turn it off after. Cool idea, but needs a lot of improvement. Rather just stick with the original for now

This is my first time using this product and I hope to see positive results soon. The mouth piece is fairly comfortable and you get used to it after a few minutes. My issue: I paid over $130 for this and one of the serum tubes will not work properly. It won’t eject any serum onto the brush no matter how many times I twist it. I tried another one in my box and it worked. I would like to get a replacement serum stick. My other issue: the instructions seem simple, and they are, but almost too simple for a first time user. It doesn’t tell you how much serum to brush onto your teeth. It also says you can keep it on for 10-30 minutes. That’s a long span. I realize 10 minutes may do less work and 30 might do more, but some explanation or suggested usage should be on the instruction manual. It doesn’t tell you how to clean the mouth piece (though common sense would be soap and water) or how many times to use it. Or when you’re supposed to start using the stronger serum. There may be more info on the site, but the packaging/manual needs to have a little more on there. But I’m more so disappointed that my product didn’t come 100% and came with a faulty serum stick.
