  I had the pleasure of working with Nick from Trusted Tech Team. From the very start, he was upbeat, pleasant! He called to check in when he hadn't heard from us, and would followup on emails in a timely manner. His attitude was attentive and not the least bit overbearing. I haven't had customer service this great in a long while. I look forward to working with him again next summer!

  We made the mistake of reaching out to another company before reaching out to Trusted Tech Team. CDW was horrible to work with (although they were very nice). However, nice doesn't equal efficiency. It took forever to get a quote back. We decided to cancel our order with that company and then we found Trusted Tech Team. It was the best decision for our company considering the time frame we needed the software in.

  Nick assisted me in my order processes and I was very satisfied with the customer service I received. He was very informative and able to answer all of the questions I had in regards to the many options I had to choose from. He checked in with me at all points in the order process to make sure that communication was open and clear. Additionally, he followed up once I received my order to make sure everything was up to par, which I really appreciated. I had an excellent experience with Trusted Tech Team and now I know where to go when I need to order licenses.

  We have ordered Trusted Tech Team software for three different clients and have worked with Nick on two of these orders. We like the selection of software, the pricing is reasonable and Nick's service and follow through is terrific. Our orders tend to be rushed at the last minute and Nick works with us right up to the deadline to ensure our needs are met in time. We are happy working with Trusted Tech Team and Nick and will continue to reach out to them for our clients' license needs.
