  Nearly perfect! The only issue I have experienced is it has not improved my skin (at all). It has made it a little smoother to the touch. Girls say my skin feels smooth when they kiss me and touch my cheeks, however, there is no visual change. I would like to add that I am an athlete and shower at least 2x per day and apply this after my showers. Perhaps my sweating at the gym and showers exfoliates enough body liquids so that the skin is left smooth anyway?

  To be honest it definitely helped clear up my face. The AM moisturizer leaves your face looking and feeling greasy but after a few minutes your face dries up. I always have to apply my own moisturizer after the AM or PM.

  Unfortunately my first order got lost in the mail which was no fault of Tiege Hanley, but the were gracious enough to reship my package. I am loving this stuff already. I tried the daily wash, serum and morning moisturizer. It's not greasy nor oily, it's the perfect fit for my skin. I will be ordering this again! Thank you so much Tuege Hanley!

  I love this product. I have to have it. I started with level 1 and then jumped to level 3. This produc keep my face and skin smooth and very clear. I get compliments all the time about how good my skin looks. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an uncomplicated skin routine.

  Product is very good and I'm happy to see some new (larger) product sizes. Prices are on the higher side. Ordering system is a bit quirky but not bad. And customer service--the one time I needed it--was fast and helpful. I'm happy overall!

  In my opinion, the website is a bit cumbersome to navigate. The user interface could be simpler and more intuitive, as it currently requires too many clicks to access the desired information. Especially the payment process needs improvement. It should be faster and more straightforward to streamline the entire ordering process.

  Easy to get around, very intuitive site. The absolute best thing beside the products, is the world class customer service; highly responsive and eager to make sure the customer is made whole and satisfied. I recently received a product (eye care) and found that the bottle would not dispense the cream. I contacted them and with in a few days had a replacement. Absolutely the best customer service!!

  So far the navigation site is good.. I use to have trouble when I wanted to update such like address or payment method but overall is good. I'm staying in Poland so it surprises me how quick I get the items ever since you changed shipping for overseas, before it was almost 3 weeks but now I get it within 1 week!! Keep up the good work!!

  My order was rejected a few minutes after I placed it through Apple Pay. Reaching out to support wasn't very helpful since all I was told was that... 1. My order was deemed too risky. 2. To place another order from different device if I disagree with their assessment. 3. Ensure my shipping and billing information matches. I'd probably do any of the above workarounds if this was a temporary hiccup with their system(s), but this left a fairly poor first impression since this was my first order and experience with their support team.

  Tiege Hanley cancelled my order without my knowledge or consent, and did not contact me regarding this - not even via an automated email. I contacted their support team on the 23rd of February and they responded the next day, ignoring most of my questions. I replied on the 24th to respectfully ask that they address the rest of my concerns (even if they did not plan on helping, at least acknowledging what I had said would have been nice). I have yet to hear back. That was 2 weeks ago now. I am not exaggerating when I say that Tiege. Hanley. Is. The. Worst. Company. I. Have. Ever. Encountered. They are unprofessional and have no respect for their customers. AVOID!!

  I was charged for my subscription after I requested a pause. They sent another order instead of processing my refund request. I wanted a refund not another order. The product is insanely expensive I would rather have the $40 back and will order more later if I want to. They seem much more concerned with charging me but not giving refund
