  Theranest has had exceptional customer service, intuitive design, and has exceeded my expectations for an EHR. I also appreciate that they value feedback and are collaborative in their system design.

  I use Theranest as EHR. I find it easy to use, easy to file insurance claims, offers its of options. I like the portal to send new clients forms to fill out which automatically fills in the information in their record. Response is very good when I have a question.

  There are several platforms to choose from and I think that Theranest stands out as number 1 because of it’s customer service and telephone support to therapists. I really appreciate their help resubmitting claims that might have been denied or failed.

  The easyest and technologically sufficient and complete EHR system that I work with so far. Better than Epic, Unum, and others that capturing health care iindustries, In last 3 years, a lot of useful and important updates are performed by TheraNet.Interesting!

  I am a solo practice and Theranest has walked me through the world of EHRs and billing with a great amount of help. They are always looking for ways to improve the platform which is good with keeping up with needs.

  I started with Therapy Brands (when it was Theranest) in 2015, shortly after they launched this service. I am very happy with the format, functionality, and ease of use that this app affords me and my practice. Customer service is responsive and has reasonable turn-around times. Timeliness was better when they were a smaller service but they have added better work-flow features as the company got bigger.

  I have a good experience working with therapy brands as I had never used an electronic system before. I subscribe to Theranest and love it. When there have been technical issues, they are right there to resolve it for me or help me see the error of my ways. I highly recommend Theranest.

  I have been using Theranest for several years and have not been disappointed! Many new features often based upon suggestions for improvement have been made. Customer support has been consistent when needed which was rarely because the program is user friendly!

  I love Theranest! Choosing them for my clients' records was the step that allowed me to make my practice paperless. It was a huge relief and not only saves me physical space but the emotional energy that goes into managing physical records and maintaining their privacy. Theranest customer service is quick to respond and implements feedback quickly. They genuinely want to understand what would improve the providers' and their clients' experiences and take steps to make that happen. Paperwork and records used to require a significant amount of time and energy but Theranest has helped minimize that about as much as possible. I like being able to charge client's CC's through the site, send paperwork directly to my clients, create custom documents for both my client and me to use as needed and upload documents if needed. It's worth every penny.
