    It seems like very difficult, long process to order samples and I cannot order 2 or 3 of each item online. It limits you to one. It would be nice to have an account manager for our account. It would improve our customer service experience.

    The Sales side of the business it great. Our will call experiences have been not so good. Both times we were told that the order was ready to be picked up and we still had to wait an hour. When I arrived at "Will Call" there is a locked gate and a key-pad that did nothing. No one was in sight and I feel that if my sales person (only contact I had in my phone)_had not called me back, I would have gone away without my order. Once into the facility, I asked the warehouse person about my order and he took my paperwork and wandered off for some time. At no time did anyone tell me what was going on with our order. After much delay, I called my sales rep again and was told that Customer Service would be right out. Finally got my order and was told that they thought that the order was for Monday not Friday.

    So, you have to have a $200 minimum order so I did that and then three days later I get a call they can only send part of order because it's not in stock. I really think you should do equal amounts of things like bottles, lids and sprayers. Not sure if thy are refunding me or sending the product they didn't have later.

However, given the flexibility of these items in various combinations, it can be a challenge to keep quantities perfectly equal. Upon reviewing your order, it appears that we had 230 lids in stock at the time and were able to ship these 230 lids to you. The charge was applied only for the lids that were shipped, so there is no need for a refund. No backorder was initiated for the remaining requested quantity, as we interpreted this order to be considered complete at the 230 lids shipped.     They forgot to mention that I must indicate the store's opening hours in order to receive my shipment. The truck company that was used completely unprofessional, they didn’t even try to confirm the day and time of delivery, the driver arrived 3 hours before the store opened, after which I was charged an extra $63 for redelivery I'm very upset that such a big company is trying to blame their mistake on their customers and makes them pay for it

    I’ve been doing business with TCC for over 3 years. They’ve still been unwilling to extend credit for a minimal $5,000-$10,000. It’s very frustrating having to pay prior to order placement, then getting a supplemental invoice for shipping. The service and delivery are generally good, but I am considering changing to another supply company, simply due to non-extension of a net 7.

    I went to pick up my order, and unfortunately, the bed on my truck was too small to receive the order (the wheel wells made the bed too narrow). Thankfully, rather than de-palletizing the whole order or changing my order to delivery, the forklift driver thought to put a narrow pallet between the wheel wells and putting my order on top. Unfortunately, for all LTL shipments at facilities located in congested areas such as downtown areas, we are required to charge a limited access fee. This is due to liability reasons surrounding the delivery of goods to facilities in a crowded location that take longer to service. It also ensures that a smaller truck will be used by our logistics partners to execute an efficient delivery. Especially, in instances where a standard 53 foot-trailer may have difficulties navigating and making deliveries.     Hello Zachary, I want to sincerely apologize for how your order was handled. Shortly after your order was shipped out, we became aware that the pumps were defective. We contacted you immediately to inform you of the issue. We notified you that we would be sending replacement pumps with good intentions. Unfortunately due to an internal miscommunication there was no subsequent follow up. I am happy to hear that a case has been started with our quality team and that we are in the process of sending those replacements. Regardless, we should have done better. We have discussed steps with our quality team to improve upon this going forward. The representative involved has been retrained, and we have a new focus on creating quality cases as soon as we are notified of an issue.     Bottles and sprayers arrived quite scratched and no care was taken to protect them from damage. They look either secondhand or moved around A LOT without care. I am a bit uneasy to put my product in the bottles to sell like this. My other issue is that an item was on backorder, and when I called customer service to ask when the item would ship, I received one date when it was actually quite some time later.
