  I'm From Massachusetts and wanted to try something I can't get at local shops! Chose this place by chance and had a sick time! The cameras are awesome and the staff were so easy to get on with. Going underground where the shop is situated gave it a DEPOT feel. Every time I come back to New York I will be coming back here.

  I've been a long-time customer of Stock It ALL DEPOT. During that time I have bought and sold many cameras and lenses through them. Their customer service and integrity are greatly appreciated - if you're considering a new camera, I highly recommend both the NIKON D780 and S.I.A.D. S.IA.D also has an excellent Used department if you need to save some money...

  Never gone there before, and was met with an incredibly friendly and helpful atmosphere as well as brilliant staff. They even gave us extra time due to timing issues at the beginning. We really got a sense they enjoyed serving customers - a rare miracle nowadays. Brilliant range of RED cameras and BlackMagic fully recommend. Will visit again.

  I have a wide variety of photography needs from real estate to portraits to landscapes to product. This is not only a local store but the best that gives big retailers like Amazon and Adorama a run for their money. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Staff are wonderful. Wish I'd got the name of the young guy who served me - he was ideal in helping me pick out the Canon 5D Mark IV as an all-rounder, workhorse. Even gave me a discount for my whole order, as I was buying a camera, lens and teleconverter with it. Kind and very knowledgable. They said that by mid August they will have a video inventory, which should be brilliant.

  Fortunately I was treated with the same courtesy as I had been on previous visits. Sloane was very understanding and took the time to help me resolve my problem efficiently and effectively. I am very happy with the initial advice and follow-up support that I received from both Sloane and the management at S.I.A.D and I believe I’m fortunate that I did not purchase a Fujifilm X-T4 on line as I highly doubt that my problem would have been resolved so expeditiously.

  Ordered a lens today, later received a call from a guy named Stuart who proceeded to say that the item was an international version. More $$$ for a manufacturer warranty, classic bait and switch, avoid at all costs unless you want a grey market.

  Knowledgeable staff with great selection of both new and used photographic equipment. Staff have passion for photography and great customer service. Only chopped off a star as was near closing time so they were more interested in preparing to close than getting a sale! I know shop hours are listed but when considering expensive lenses to purchase this should be considered or people will just go online. No one's fault really just the way it is.

  Average Service Worsened by Poor Communication This is for a Leica CL "Edition Paul Smith" Mirrorless that was purchased with PayPal. On the Positive: - well packaged camera - prompt delivery within a few days (given it was a pre-order) - communication from staff was polite and they genuinely seemed to want to be helpful Cons: - no receipt on order - Stock It All DEPOT did acknowledge the order when I contacted them but did not send out a detailed receipt for another 3 days (the morning it was due to arrive) - no confirmation that the camera had shipped (giving me a reduced opportunity to arrange to be picked) - no tracking info provided Overall I feel more could have been communicated in advance around both the receipt of the order and the delivery.

  S.I.A.D FOREVER! I received my Canon EOS 5DS R a couple of weeks ago and I feel like a professional again. It's got some good weight to it which helps with stable handling. My other camera was stolen in a traffic snarl-up in New York. I may as well have been using my phone, which is embarrassing. The 5ds instills me with more confidence as I will be shooting for leisure, probably, my last clientele work next year at age 75. So glad I made the purchase and thank you to the Stock It All experts who helped me through 25 years in my business with each and every piece of gear I have procured. It's been a symbiotic relationship.

  Sales reps are polite. But not very stringent. I ordered second hand lens from them and been told it has not got a UV filter with it so I ordered it separately and had to pay for delivery. When the lens arrived it was already with a lens filter kit so now I have two and I only need one. Petitioned the depot to get my funds refunded but obviously they will not pay me back for delivery. So ask the reps in New York DEPOT to check your order twice or three times

  I needed a Sony ECM-77B for a corporate theatre event I was doing and got it from SIAD, Manhattan. As ever, I was served politely & courteously by the staff there. Doesn't matter if you're pro or amateur, the staff here are very knowledgeable and always happy to help or advise. So my thanks to Stuart, Sloane & Sophie... (in no order of preference!) Definitely recommend these guys!

  So far so good! I bought a 5D Mark IV, which a) was hard to find in the city and b) was about $180 cheaper on stockitalldepot.com. To be honest, if I'd read some of these reviews first I probably wouldn't have ordered but the item arrived after about 15 days and looks to be a genuine Canon with all appropriate software. It didn't come with the required batteries or eyecup but there was an adaptor and a different software CD-ROM with an alien connector that I'd not seen before. This is not an issue as I have an EOS RP so there are plenty of batteries in the house. I naively didn't even realise this would be a foreign shipment from abroad although the international Fedex dispatch code appears to originate form Germany... all a mystery to me. I'm pretty sure that if something goes wrong I'll struggle with a replacement as reviews indicate their customer service is not great but so far so good.

  I Purchased a Freewell Essential Filter Kit for Parrot Anafi but I could not connect it to my drone I tried to phone them it is impossible to get in touch with them over the phone very frustrating in the end I contacted PAY PAL because I paid with PAY PAL I contacted them through pay pal in the end I got a response with emails it took hours after a run around with them they posted the kit which should have come with the pack they did apologize for their mistake and they sent me the right filter kit if you order from them you are talking to a computer Frustrating.

  Great shopping experience, recently purchased Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L lens from this place. I plan to use it with 2x extender for a mini telescope in a way, the RF 100-500 and its new optical design, paired with native lens compatibility and in-camera software correct enabled by the RF-cameras will give superior image quality, As this is a newly released LENS, it was out of stock everywhere else. I was really pleased to know that Stock It All DEPOT had them in stock. Shipping was done the next day too! Highly reccomened to anyone.

  Dealt with SIAD many times for pro camcorders and can safely say that genuinely they are about as good as it gets. You are kept regularly updated on any order progress, the stock levels are noted and order lead times are pretty accurate and the prices are extremely competitive. First class, well done guys.

  Wow, what a great PHOTO DEPOT! Very much tucked out of the way, but if you're in any kind of market for macro/large format lenses, this is definitely a location you should be visiting. Call a couple of days in advance if there's something specific you want to buy/see, they'll get it into the shop for you. Very knowledgeable, while I was there was a member of staff was discussing a purchase with a pair of customers, the chap was able to answer everything the customer needed to know and certainly from my point of view was very helpful. Little gem of a shop, will certainly be visiting again.

  Not As Good As Expected I had high expectations for this Rode SmartLav microphone. Thought it would improve the sound quality drastically. I'd say it's slightly better at best. I would have expected a less expensive choice to do just as good. Overall wouldn't spend the money on this microphone. Sound quality, okay. Cord length, really short.

  Good price quick service. Having look all over the Internet for a Sony 6400 camera I found it at a great price on next day deal. I checked the verified reviews and most were very good. I ordered about 12noon and received the camera within 24hrs. I was surprised that it came so quick. The camera was brand new in a sealed Sony box as described.   Great Camera Great Price and Quick Delivery!! I had been looking at this camera for a while. I knew it was the best starter mirrorless larger APS-C and was looking for the best price. Delighted to see that SIAD were beating everyone else with the best price. The Camera arrived the next day, just as they promised.   Order came earlier than expected but no lens with bundle. Received bundle in 3 days after purchase. However the bundle was suppose to include a kit lens, which was nowhere to be seen in box at all. When calling Stock It All it took me about half hour to get through customer service only for them to say that lens is out of stock. This was unacceptable as I was not told previously and was still sent the bundle anyway and charged the full amount. In the end I was able to get refund for lens which I received in 2 days but it was really bad of them not to notify me that the stock of the most important thing with the camera was not there. I could have had a shoot planned and had no lens to shoot with. They offered to exchange the lens with something else but it still did not give the actual value of the lens because it was part of a bundle. I was also promised a coupon from the sales department, which I never received. The only thing I liked about this purchase was the price for the camera with the gimbal and other accessories and it arriving earlier. Buying them separately would have costed more so I still saved money in the long run.

  Very helpful to my product queries before ordering but I found it hard to get much help afterwards. The item I bought didn’t work as advertised and as my support requests were not sorted I ended up asking for a return as my 30 days was nearing. Obviously covid may have been the cause of the lower service. Return process was fast and simple and I was refunded a day or so after I sent the camera back.

  Unfortunately I feel that the camera I’ve bought is a waste of money, and it wasn’t cheap. The range is awful, all I have to do is put my hand in front of the aerial and it starts to go fuzzy, so how on earth your supposed to get decent quality from outdoor to indoor I really don’t know. Disappointed

  Plenty of options for photography and very good prices. Only slight issue I had with my purchase of a D810A Nikon few years ago was that I been advised that I definitely need to buy a second battery as the one the camera has does not lasts long. Not true, the one Nikon provides last long enough (up to a week) without charging on average use. I never used the second one till today. Other than that, definitely recommended e-shop for your photography needs.

  Had ordered Tamron 28-200mm f/2.8-5.6 Di III RXD price vs. versatility unbeatable, acquired for work sports photography. I use it mostly for low light photography with the Sony a7iii. Given the excellent high ISO performance, it should be good for sports photography, I also use it for bird photography. It is good, but not excellent.
