  Excellent product, I bought this Ricoh THETA SC2 4K 360° camera for my elderly mother and she has had no problems operating and livestreaming in 4k or 2k.   My Canon 2X converter for 100-400mm lens arrived promptly and well packed and was better than the rating given on the web site. I’m extremely pleased with Stock It All DEPOT.   Amazing product and services. Highly recommended I bought 2 NiSi NM-180 macro focusing rails in the last 18months. We used them on a weekly bases. Highly recommended. We also got the Oben PD-117 3-way pan/tilt heads. Good quality versus value. Highly recommended. Stuart, the owner of the business, was very professional and helpful thought the entire process.   The GoPro HERO11 is EXCELLENT! The GoPro HERO11 is a genius piece of kit. I bought it for my wife but I started using it myself and it is very good - GoPro 11 take the same underwater housing as GoPro 10. Gopro accessories that attach via the accessory prong connection, floating handle works perfectly and we cut down total costs by avoiding all accessories. I haven't needed to go beyond GoPro 10 so far.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND I am very pleased with my experience overall! I had been looking for the Meike Metal Lens Adapter EF-EOSR for Meike Mount Meike Converter work for Canon D20 Lens.   California Camera Store Startup I contacted the the company to inquire about getting my business listed as a approved Canon camera vendor for those who want Canon shipped to California. I got a reply right away. I email my license and shortly after I got an email approval. The process was short & sweet. The customer service I received was prompt, professional and friendly.

  Great prices except for the shipping risk. FedEx lost my package I hadn’t received any email confirmation and thought it was a scam. After personally speaking with Stock It All DEPOT and UPS, I saw that stockitalldepot.com did ship my Canon 50mm. FedEx just happened to lose it. They just had my wrong email address and not receiving anything after paying made me think it was a scam. This is the downside to ordering online. I rather pay a little more and buy locally because if this happens then you just have to wait even longer to receive your money back. FedEx has to conduct its inspection after the shipper reports an issue. Long story short, this was my first time buying lense online and I didn’t have good luck. Would be nice if I would’ve gotten a discount or if they would’ve shipped out another order for me and they resolve the issue with FedEx.

  I asked for DHL Express shipping on the correct lens since I had been without it due to the mishap, and was offered  off as well of the correct lens that I had to repurchase. While a nice gesture, the only available lens was 1 hair higher in condition, and the discount only brought the new lens down to the price of the one I originally bought. So in the end, I still paid the same amount for a lens that came later than when I needed it. They haven't processed the return of the improper lens yet, so this section will be updated if that goes smoothly.

  The Hasselblad X2D body is wonderfully designed with minimalism. Camera feels very luxurious and provides a great experience for taking photos. The X2D body arrived promptly and was under the wraps without any lens for several days, it was very hard tucking away such a marvelous piece of engineering and not able to use it. Excellent , couldn’t have had any better experience . Very happy with my purchase as well Thank you S.I.A.D team for prompt delivery and excellent support as always.

If I were to offer one criticism, it would be there answer to one of my technical questions. I felt they did not put in the necessary effort to research the answer.   Terrible shipping The pricing of the product are ok but shipping is horrendously high cost and immoderately long. I've ordered a phone and got I delivered after more than 5 week, 10 days after the last day of estimated delivery. Stock It All claims that is was due to FedEx, but the didn't fulfill the shipment for almost 2 weeks. No compensation for the delay, (cost of delivery in total $75 ). I will hesitate before ordering from Stock it all again.

  Friendly on phone regarding back ordered stock, fast to correct. Place an order on multiple items, one was not in stock.   Popped into the NYC camera depo on Saturday and purchased a Sony a7S III & lenses. The two assistants Scott & Matt were very knowledgeable & helpful, and had time to spend with me, so thanks for that. The one time I had an issue, their customer support was friendly, courteous, and immediately resolved the issue. Highly recommended.

  I bought the Carbon tripod a year ago, and it has been a travel companion ever since. Great options, so well thought out. I also would note that their customer service is superb - I had a problem with the tripod and it was dealt with. Just great and thoroughly recommend them. The service I received was great.
