  Very simple & easy process Didn't have a clue my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV was going to be shipped, which I have to admit caused a little worry, however it was shipped promptly & the tracking was constantly updated. camera was exactly as expected, in original box & packed safely. I would easily deal with this company again .

  It would have been a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact I didn't receive a confirmation email to let me know that the sale had gone through. I had to call them to check that everything was ok. This was the first time that I didn't receive a confirmation email on any online transaction I have ever made. On the positive side the camera was as advertised, was well packaged and was delivered very promptly. I will use them again.

  Excellent condition. I bought a Blackmagic camera and the price was also cheaper than other stores. Genuine product. Delivered within 2 days to Chicago, While it took me a while to decide to make this big purchase, it was well worth it. I did my homework and decided to purchase the body only.

  I received my new Underwater camera in perfect condition not long after I ordered it.   I was in the market for a new dslr camera at a good price. I searched a plenty of stores and no one gave me the price and kit for my needs except for Stock it all depot. I was hesitant to order because I was not familiar with their site, but I called them up and not only were they friendly and extremely helpful but they gave me a better deal than anyone else was offering. Also they offered me free shipping and when my equipment got to my home two days later, everything was packaged so beautifully. They have a loyal customer for life.

  When the camera was delivered it would not work. I rang the company immediately and they explained what could have happened during delivery which seemed feasible. They arranged collection of the camera the next day and the following day I received a new camera. I was impressed with the way that they dealt with the problem and am very happy with my camera.

  Great selection of products new and used. Great pricing and great customer service. Purchased a used camera that didn't work and had great service replacing it. However, the 2nd one showed up in a damaged box and missing a few parts. I experienced not so great follow-up in obtaining the missing parts. Once everyone was on the same page regarding the damage and missing parts, I received the parts by overnight mail. Unfortunately, it took a couple months to completely resolve and therefore my 3 star rating instead of 5.

  The Canon RS-60E3 remote switch is ideal for my Canon M6 Mark ll. Its perfect for those projects where sharp images are a top priority. Easy to use and works as expected. Fyi, I prefer the reliability of a hard wire remote as they never fail me. Oh, and the price on this unit is very reasonable.   Oldie but Goldie- well spaced and well priced I had been searching for a Vanguard Go 46 backpack for my camera and it was delivered the following day which took me by surprise, we weren't home at that time but DHL rearranged for the backpack to be delivered the following day.The service from Stock It All DEPOT & DHL was excellent.The backpack is in excellent condition and would recommend them to anyone.

  Outstanding Customer Service I purchased a UV filter from Stock It All DEPOT which needed to be returned. I cannot praise Stock It All DEPOT customer service enough (particularly Scott who was outstanding). They represent what customer service should be, efficient, courteous and trouble free.   Shortcomings on the transaction W/ S.I.A.D. The item arrived well packaged, however it was not in the five-stars condition that was described. The front optical part was splattered in fingerprints and the lens lacked both a OEM back and front cap. Seeing it was also a Fuji XF version rather than a XC, the lens in such poor condition was overpriced. Clearly a case of 'can do better'.

  I have buying most of my camera equipment from Stock it all depot for many years now. As always, this most recent purchase lived up to their description of the component in every respect, and my GoPro arrived on time and in good shape. Everything is in working order, stuff came together without a hitch and I got the bundle during the Black Friday sales for $350.
