  I love the rail selection available from Slid'up. I used the rail kits to make a 2 layer panel track to serve as a map display and sliding doors to cover up my open garage shelves. I absolutely love how they turned out. I also made provisions to add up to two more tracks to increase how many maps I can stow and display. I highly recommend Slid'Up.

  Wonderful that the customer service is so communicative! There was a shortage of what I ordered from the local warehouse, so they had to have it shipped from another warehouse much much further away. Still came on time! I'm beyond pleased ☺️

  The hardware is great but the instructions are about the worst that I have ever seen. Maybe if you are an engineer or are familiar with equations and design formulas it may be easy but for the common person it is not. I am quite mechanically inclined and have remodeled and rebuilt all types of machines and furniture and found the instructions very frustrating.

  I came to know about the product through a youtube video published from UK. I was happy to see the product availability in US. Recommend more marketing and advertising as many people may not be aware of these products. Website is responsive. Even though the item I ordered was showing in stock, it was not in stock and had to be dispatched from Canada, which caused some delay to get the item. Called the customer care twice regarding the delay. Representative was helpful but the experience would have been nicer if the item was shipped on time. Some items have installation video but will be good if all of them have the video instructions.

  You can't beat the price or quality of the kit except, I wish the upper bracket and the upper inserted pivot pin on the pivot door was made of metal. I feel with a heavy door the plastic will wear and elongate over time. Buying again is a real possibility.

  Works great and allows the closing edge of the bifold door to hang from the car. Cheaper systems just steer it and not take the load. This track system add a feel of quality and solidity to even a cheap bifold door. I love it.

  The site is clean, modern, simple and easy to navigate. My one quibble would be that the product I was looking at didn't include close up photos of the components, but rather CAD-like drawings. Not a huge deal, but my past experience has been that sometimes excluding photos is an attempt to mask poor quality component. Not the case here at all as I discovered when the shipment arrived.

  I ordered the 94" sliding door kit with an additional set of rollers for a second door. Overall the kit is pretty good. The biggest downside is there are no screws to attach the railing to the door opening. That caused a bit of frustration. I had to drill into the rail to counter sink the screws I used. Without doing that, the rollers will get stopped with the head of the screw.

  The ordering process was easy. The amount of time from the order date to the ship date was too long. The item did not fit in the intended space, so I needed to return it. The return process is outdated and time consuming. It has been over two weeks since I returned the item, and SLID'UP has not acknowledged receipt of it, nor has a credit showed up on my credit card account.

  I am glad you find this "not acceptable", because it IS! Apparently, your customer service never got your request, as no one called me. However, I did get an email from Rodrigo Lopez, asking me for the tracking number because he cannot even find the return. I replied to his request, attaching the POD (proof of delivery), which was ONE MONTH AGO, as well as my drop-off receipt from the UPS store. I think you should dispense with all of your red-tape, and just give me the credit ($84.59) that is due me, as well as the return shipping amount of $15.65!

  This is an upgrade for sliding bedroom door on my travel trailer. The small tin track the trailer came with kept bending and door would fall out while driving. This is a heavy duty aluminum track that will not bend.

  I placed my order on June 22, 2020 and iit is now July 10 and I still have no idea when I will receive my complete order. I ordered the SLID'UP 110 - Sliding closet door hardware kit - 106" - for 3 doors. On June 30, I received two tracks with no hardware. I called the customer service line on different occasions to let them know about my order, and never received a call back. I also emailed them and it took four days for someone to respond. I was told the order would be filled but I was not given a date as to when to expect the hardware. I buil some custom closet doors that this product seemed like the perfect solution for. However, I have now begun looking for alternatives since I have no idea when or if I will receive the hardware. I have no idea what the problem is but choosing their product has made things really difficult for completing this job. Fortunately my client is someone familiar with my work otherwise this could have been a disastrous experience.

  Quality is very good, but the simplistic picture type installation instructions are not adequate. They should be accompanied by written instructions, such as for the door stop item that must be installed as the very first thing before attaching to the door header.   Excellent MFG. Skimpy “IKEA” style package instructions with small print. Later found and printed bigger version. Quick delivery and we’ll packaged. Very heavy doors now slide really easily and almost could use an adjustable friction break. The end stops set in just a bit prevents finder smashing but then the doors are not fully closed. Overall very pleased with the replacement for the rumbling three door wardrobe.

  The product itself is excellent quality. It is also a good price point when compared to other offerings that do the same thing. It is well engineered. Seems like they have thought of everything needed for different applications. What I was really impressed with was the customer service. I ordered two 160 models and an extra door set of roller kit. I got two 190 models, which is for the glass door application and I think is more expensive based on the hardware that I saw that came with it. The rails were fine and so was the extra door kit, so I called them and they quickly sent me two more door kits and didn’t even ask for the remaining 190 kit hardware to be sent back. The customer service person on the other end understood quickly what my issue was and just as quickly expedited the two kits. I have to say I expected that whole experience to be painful, but it was anything but. I really appreciate when that happens so all I can say is good job! I highly recommend these folks. Thanks much.

  Product and price are great. I live in Hawaii and the thing I don’t understand is why SlidUp only ships to the lower 48 states and not Hawaii or Alaska. I understand you are a Canadian based manufacturer but your US website boasts “all orders shipped from warehouse in the US”. The items I ordered are very small and could easily fit into a USPS flat rate box or envelope which is pretty cheap anywhere in the US including HI and AK. I ordered to track roller kits and had them ship it to my son on the west coast who the repackaged the items in a flat rate envelope to mail to me. So it cost roughly $10 for SlidUp to ship it to California and $10 for my son to mail it to me. Their customer service representative tried to help me out and checked with their shipper what it would for them to ship the parts directly to me and gave me an estimate of $48. These track rollers are closest thing I could find as a replacement for a condominium that I do maintenance on and has about 300 units that use a hidden track sliding barn door that uses nearly identical rollers .I need about 10 more sets of roller kits and trying to figure out how the best way to get it here.

  This system is the perfect solution to add a custom bypass sliding door system to an existing cabinet. It comes with everything you needed, except for a second door stop which is necessary for the two doors. The tracks are easy to cut and install and the guides fit perfectly. Quality is not great, but it looks like it will last.
