  The first thing I want to say is that I like the choice they gave me of either texting or phone call, sometimes is better to get a text and reply when the time is convenient. They waited for me to get all the requirement and signing the agreement was a breeze. Very pleased with their service.

  It was refreshing to actually get to speak to an actual representative, that listened to actual medical historical details instead of letting AI determine the worthiness of a case. Sge was very professional and empathetic to a situation that's still going on today.
