  Experience has been good so far. I did have more information to give. I had to have a thyroidectomy June of 2016 due to several thyroid nodules that were inconclusive with 2 different biopsies ultra sounds. Endocrinologist was Allison Galloway Freeman Hospital Joplin MO. And Surgeon Scott McClintock at McIntire Ear, Nose & Throat. Surgery was at Freeman hospital.

  If 5 Stars is the highest rating, I would have to add a million more to the prompt responses, professionalism, personalisation, caring, great concern about the matters and especially careful and patient in explaining how, why, and all you need to know about their representation. If you don't quite understand something they take the time to explain in such a way that you will understand. I'm confident, though I was skeptical at first, that they have my best interests at heart.

  Took a little back and forth but all in all a very easy and informative experiences resulting in my better interest then I was expecting!!
