  I’ve enjoyed ordering from Sancho and Lola. Their website is fairly easy to navigate and they promptly fixed a mistake I made on a previous order. The prices are reasonable and they regularly send promo codes, which is a plus. They provide some of the healthiest treats I’ve found and my German Shepherd has loved everything I’ve bough from them.   I've bought the 6-inch monster bully sticks for my dog several times, and he loves them. Great product and I love that they come from grass-fed cattle that are humanly raised. But their customer service is the reason I only gave 3 stars. I called several times to ask a question about a product but never received a call back missing out on the sale and free gift.

  Site navigation is easy and direct. Customer support over the phone was fantastic, friendly and fast. I love that they donate part of the proceeds to animal shelters. But best of all the quality of their product is top notch. I’ve tried many many different brands and my American Shepherds always prefers Sancho and Lola. Well made products that dogs can’t resist.

  I love the quality and customer service of this company. I trust their products and never worry that I am buy something that has an ingredient hidden that would harm my little guys.   My three dogs love Sancho & Lola's treats! Wonderful variety of treats for large and small pups. These treats make a wonderful gift for your friends with dogs or dogs that come to visit you. I order a few treats each week so I do not run out! I keep my treats in a closet and the dogs watch the closet closely! I order treats weekly and Sancho & Lola manage the individual orders very well!
