  Would not rent an RV from a private individual again. There were to many safety issues and the RV was not well kept up like it appeared in the photos. The site worked fine but the idea behind it is flawed if there isn't quality control on the rvs. I would love to give the owner of the RV negative feedback but it didn't seem like my review would be anonymous and I didn't want retaliation from him. The RV was literally falling apart.

  Loved loved the RV and Stephen. But I didn't receive my deposit back. Been almost a year and still nothing. So if you go with them don't expect to get your money back and they were Standoff'ish about it.

  My booking still is pending. Worst customer service. The representative failed to answer my question about $500 deductible when I informed them that I was not at fault in hit and run accident. I have a Police Report. The damage was only $180 for a broken driver side mirror. According to California laws your insurance company is not entitled to apply the $500 deductible when I was not at fault. Thank you

  Overall, the RV was in good condition and the owner very friendly, responsive and great with communication. There was a little more existing damage than expected and a random part flew off while driving. The replacement price we were charged was at fair market value. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent it again any time.

  Will never use it again. Got ripped off. Was charged fully for an RV that sat in my driveway for an hour before returning because our infant son got extremely sick and we had to cancel our entire holiday plans. Got zero empathy or support from anyone and still somehow was. Charged for cleaning and insurance on top of everything else. Horrible horrible horrible

  Our experience was lovely! We had a massive pivot because our campsite was evacuated (due to big surf) before we got there. John was so flexible and kind to meet us at another campsite so our vacation could proceed. The camper was clean and easy. Everything worked and the solar was tremendous is keeping the lights and some heat on. We will definitely rent again!

  First of all, I haven't received the remainder of my deposit. I paid for insurance and it wasn't used to cover the sensor that I damaged so what was the purpose of purchasing insurance. No one has contacted me by phone just email.

  Rvezy in all we're very helpful. I don't like how the person renting their RV is able to harass customers via personal text and via Rvezy. I'm not sure how you can improve that but that was the only problem I had. Communications on the site itself but I was able to call and get help.

  Jordan provided me with the experience I needed! The camper van was perfect for just me for a two night stay. I had never used a compostable toilet before, but it was easy to use and completely unnoticable. The kitchen space was just enough for my small coffee pot and even a small ice maker; I still had counter space! The bed was comfortable, and despite cool nights, I was plenty warm! The privacy of putting up the window coverings gave me a sense of safety and security. I had a question in the middle of it all, and reached out to Jordan, and he was quick to respond. I have already recommended RVezy to others, and would definitely use this service again. I also appreciate Jordan's accomodations, and if needed would request this camper van. Thank you!

  I was surprised to see that the cost for delivery was not 300$ as annouced but 360$. That’a a lot more than taxes! I don’t appreciate when there are hidden fees. I undertand that it is the same thing with other companies in the tourist world like the airline companies, but still I don’t like it

  The service matching customers looking to rent an RV to hosts willing to rent out their RV's is quite helpful. I successfully rented a travel trailer for 10 nights using RVezy. My only concern was that the process was way more complex than what I was expecting. I understand the need to cross all the T's and dot all the I's due to liability issues but for me personally, I found the experience stressful. Having said all that, I would still use the service again as it satisfied my need to find a travel trailer to rent.

  The platform and process was easy and helpful. The fees charged are too high in my opinion. I was also concerned that I paid for insurance and never received a policy or even an insurance card. Fortunately I had no reason to present it.

  My booking was completed on October 8th and it is now the 19th and I still have not received my refund of $1k security deposit. I was told I had to leave a review in order to close out the booking but the booking doesn't show up in my account when I log in. I have messaged support multiple times to tell them that and was promised my deposit back on the 17th and still have not gotten it back. To hold someones $1k at your will be demanding a review is unethical. Do not rent from these people unless you want to fight to get your money back.

  The RV easy side is very easy to navigate. Being able to take a look at the trailer that you’re going to rent. The pick up and drop off of the trailer. Very smooth.

  Très bien comme expérience. Une amélioration serait au niveau des assurances afin de mieux comprendre comment celà fonctionne. Au début ce n’est pas évident de savoir si nous sommes assuré ou pas, si nous devons nous assurer avec RVesy ou le propriétaire du vehicule ou notre propre assurance.

  We are hosts AND guests. The app is fairly straight forward to use, however making changes to your booking is not easy. As a host I've found it very difficult to make changes to a booking. Recently as a guest I asked the host to amend our booking (add-ons) and I don't believe it was done. As a host I will be anxiously awaiting algorithmic pricing to optimize host profits.

  First time using RVeasy and everything was surprisingly very simple. The owner of the Travel Trailer was very helpful and nice. I had to have a very last minute change on my pickup date and it was super simple and hassle free. I will definitely use the service again!

  Service fees and taxes on top of terrible customer service from hosts is the main reason to stay away. We had a host cancel 3 days before our trip and all rvezy would do is give us credit or refund us in 7-10 days. Ridiculous!

  Zero stars for our host. The most unprofessional service I have seen/dealt with. Pickup was easy and smooth drop off was just as smooth. I mentioned that the stove knobs got melted and that is something we will need to pay for. She then says no problem I’ll message you with the details later. The “details” concluded that the knobs for a stove are 100$ and that doesn’t include the fact that she needs to take her rv all the way into town to get a couple knobs put on. Let’s be realistic here. It’s as simple as lifting off the knobs and pushing the new ones in. Unethical and disgusting how she treated us just to pocket a couple more dollars. Will not be returning to this app or this renter.

  My first RVEZY experience was great. It really took the worry out of the rv rental experience. We had ours delivered and the owners set everything up for us. The app facilitated contact and messaging with the owners throughout the experience, and the checklists upon pick up and return covered all the bases. Highly recommend.

  What I exoected to rent was exactly what I got. No surprises or hidden charges. Good platform to communicate with the owner I was renting from. Good solid process for pickup and drop off to ensure neither of us got ripped off.
