    I have Labile hypertension and White Coat syndrome. I can already see results as my diastolic has dropped 10 points and my BP does not seem to fluctuate all over the place like it used to. So far I am impressed.

    After 16days since receiving it i only missing 2 days I really haven't seen a difference YET. I am struggling still to get the breathing down. I find it frustrating & stressful. My home BP is not really an issue as I see it but when I see a doctor I have anxiety attacks bordering panic attacks which elevates my BP & trying to find a way to use this to try to control that. Yes, diagnosed with white coat syndrome. Hopefully over time this gets better as I am trying hard. I have to say 1st day it took me well over 2 hours to try to get it off the instruction recording.

    The machine is fine, it works great, my problem is I don't think my order was complete, I paid over 400 for this and it only serves one, I will pursue this further, I didn't order this unit from Amazon, but they delivered it, wrapping ripped and left on my doorstep, I think I am entitled to another headset and body controller

    I learned about respirate on a tv commercial and I went to their web site to learn more. It was very informative. When it was mailed to me the next week and I started the treatment soon after. I have been using it a week now and I already see a lowering of my high blood pressure numbers. It’s a keeper!

    This product is easy to use. I have a tendency to breathe short shallow breaths when doing physical labor like house chores, shopping, etc. It's made me aware of how I breathe throughout the day. My BP has dropped with the use of this BPHT machine accompanied with nutritional changes. It proves to be a good investment for me.

    I am sure this is a terrific product and I really wish it had worked for me, but I have a shortness of breath problem from Respiratory Reflux and cannot take a deep breath; resulting in the machine telling me I was not following instructions. I would recommend this for most people however.

    So far I find it to be cumbersome with wires for the headphones and the monitor. If possible having a Bluetooth connection would make it less awkward and annoying.

    Hi Eli, Today was my second day using it and it seemed a bit easier to use. It actually caught me holding my breath! I was trying to stay with the beat. LOL. I DO NOT WANT TO GO ON MEDICATION...so I am working with this along with losing 20 pounds. My BP has been fluctuating between 135/85 - 148/90. I have my physical on 29 April...and my BP always shoots through the roof when I go to the doctor. I will bring him my BP notebook and also be telling him about Resperate. Cheers, Marty

    You are asking me to review too soon. all of your videos suggest to give it time. All I can review it on is ease of use. It has not lowered my Blood Pressure, but then again, I haven't had it that long. As for ease of use.... It is very easy! In fact, it's quite relaxing. I have to concentrate in order to not fall asleep! It only takes 15 minutes, the earbuds are very comfortable. I can only hope that the amount of money I spent on this thing is going to be worth it and it does lower my blood pressure.

    The device stopped displaying the historical data within the first week. I contacted customer service first by email, then by phone. This was during the Thanksgiving weekend. I called on Monday, 11/27 and received a call back the next day. The man told me to fill out a form in email, which I did and returned it to him within minutes. We spent the next several days sending emails back and forth because for some reason he didn’t get or read the four emails that I sent with the numbers he requested. It is now 12/7 and I have not heard back nor received the replacement machine. I sending the device back for a refund. The customer service has been awful!!!

    The machine arrived very quickly (I ordered it from the Resperate site, not Amazon). The directions are clear and simple. I have been using it daily for about 10 days (minus a 2-day skip) and then taking my blood pressure and recording it. So far there hasn't been a noticeable drop in my blood pressure although looking at previous recordings (I've had the blood pressure machine about 1 month) I think the numbers are a little lower. I'd like to update this in a month. I'm still very positive on the Resperate.

    I have only used the RESPeRATE two times. Both times I took me blood Presser soon after use and the first time my b/p was 227/107 the second time it was 201/86. I have been checking my blood/presser fsor quite awhile now and it has been averaging 150-160 /70-80. so this is very concerning to me. Maybe I am not doing it correctly or at the wrong time of day &etc but it makes my b/p stroke level.

    I could not take a chance of HAVING ANOTHER STROKE. I DID CALL YOUR NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES WHILE I WAS TRYING TO USE RESPERATE AND ALL I GOT WAS "WE WILL CALL YOU back within 24 hours". After several days of no call I called again, same answer and no call. so I sent the thing back.

    Everything was superior. The only reason for 4*'s is that I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks to compare BP readings with the log that I have been keeping since 2019. By the third session I was finally able to follow the exercise more comfortably. Customer service rep Brian IMMEDIATELY responded to my initial readings with help for one of my readings. The timing of his help I've never had anywhere before. He gets 5+ stars for his dedication and suggestion for correction.

    My husband does not do well on prescription drugs. And anyway, why take a drug when this is effective? Unfortunately, thru the years since buying his first Resperate 5 years ago, only 1 doctor/nurse knew what it was - his new VA doctor. And he was whole-heartedly in agreement that my husband use it to control his high blood pressure. Consider advertising in AARP magazine.

    Just received my Resperate and started using it. Too early at this time to really make a serious analysis. It is very easy to use and I have had a calming experience while using it. I can understand how the calming effect can result in opening your arteries thus allowing blood flow to be more easily controlled. All in all, I’d have to say it does have potential to lower and help control your blood pressure.

    Aftern receiving the resperate, you receive helpful emails with tips on proper use, information on cardiovascular risks, blood pressure medications, and preventive medicine. As a cardiac RN, I am well aware of these, however your perspective changes when you or a loved one has high blood pressure. Do not get discouraged - the information provided states that it will take ~ 6+ weeks to see benefit. Consistency is the key. I am at 3 weeks, and started to see more regular effects.

    My order arrived sooner than expected. I like the new version with more feedback than the older one. with a recommended breathing range of 5 - 10 I think the program tries to lower my rate faster than feels comfortable. I'm not trying to do that but I don't know how to change it aside from hitting the reset button (i). Time will tell.

    I was shocked to see that it brought my blood pressure down after the first use! I know they say 3 to 4 weeks to get it balanced throughout the day, but I was absolutely ecstatic to see results so quickly! It may not be that way for everyone, but I’m thankful it was that way for me! Looking forward to having it level out completely in 3 to 4 weeks.

    This is overall well designed but it always takes more than a few attempts for the logic to detect my breathing. I have ti have 4 to 5 attempts before the logic stops asking to move the sensor even when I Carefully place it in the same place each time. I was not expecting this amount of difficulty in using the device!

    The website is fine. HSA/FSA eligibility could be a little clearer, as not all products are eligible. I had delivery issues, but that was on account of USPS. What dragged this down for me was the customer service I received. I will not name the rep, but they were pretty rude.

    I had a hard time getting my breathing to match and the machine had a hard time getting my breathing rhythm as a result i returned the product. Good concept but i was struggling to use, probably just me. I would say give it a shot great concept maybe will work for you

    the machine is simple to use but I have to say you have to put in some effort to follow the breathing pattern as it is not how you usually breathe. A better explanation on how the machine is measuring your breathe is also needed and what you want your outcome to be after each session

    I've recently purchased the resperate and have been using it for a little over a week. So far I'm very pleased with the device. The audio program is very clear and easy to follow. Using it has left me feeling more relaxed and I continue to apply the slow breathing technique throughout the day. I have not checked my blood pressure yet but my heart rate has shown a significant decrease. I will check my BP after a few more weeks of use. Customer service is excellent. I had a question and received a thorough response the next day. The weekly videos from Eli are very helpful and I will be using the stats form in the next couple of days. So often product claims disappoint but I've been very pleased with the resperate. Thanks for a great product!

    The website itself is laid out well and was easy enough to navigate. Full info is easy to find on the product. Check out was a pain, though. I am not sure how much was the website's fault and how much was a glitch with Microsoft. A pop-up for their wallet feature took forever to disable. Regardless of who is most to blame, I was charged THREE times for ONE Resperate device. This was the better part of a thousand dollar screw-up, and I was horrified to discover it. The reason I give four stars instead of significantly lower is the fact all wrongful charges were automatically refunded the next business day before I even had a chance to contact the company. My advice: If the website instructs you to put through your order again after it encountered difficulties, check your bank balance VERY carefully after. Resperate is affordable but not cheap and multiple wrongful charges add up fast. Again, the wrongful charges were refunded immediately. This was the most hassle-free incident of messed up charges I have ever encountered. If you have a problem with the website's check out, it should resolve satisfactorily.

    At this point -- just a few weeks into using this device -- there is one thing I am very disappointed in. And that is your customer service. I received a link to review the device far too soon after I had started using it, and said so, and I got an IMMEDIATE response. Several days ago, I sent a message via the website asking for help. I am puzzled by something, and I wanted help figuring it out. This is what I wrote: I've had my device for a couple of weeks now. At first it went quite smoothly, but lately I am having difficulty syncing with the tones. :( My question is this: What difference does it make if my number of breaths per minute is already way lower than 10 breaths per minute? Why does is it important to be completely in sync with the tones even then? CRICKETS.

    Very good response so far. It’s only been a week so it is too soon to give complete feedback but I will confirm that I’m already seeing results with lower BPs. I’m not on meds and intend to keep it that way. In the past 6 mo by BP has been steadily increasing. If this keeps me down and prevents prescription it will indeed rate a 5 star ⭐️

    It has not cured my HBP, but I saw a cardiologist yesterday and the problem may be on my part. I am scheduled for tests on 8/15/23. I do find it very relaxing and occasionally, I start falling asleep.

    I ordered a new RESPERATE machine to replace an older model I purchased in 2018. I thought the older model was no good. As it turns out the current sensor belt was no good. I contacted RESPERATE, Eli. I returned the new RESPERATE machine and everything except new sensor belt. I was told to return old sensor belt. I followed their instructions and receive a full refund. My old sensor belt was only 3 months old which is still under warranty . I am pleased with the customer service. I sleep better when I use the RESPERATE. Its part of my bedtime routine.
