    I finally agreed to purchase a vacation promotion without discussing with my husband which I kept telling the salesman might be a problem. My husband refused to accompany me on the vacation which disqualified us, so I called to cancel with 24 hours. It has been over 10 days since they promised to refund my credit card. Numerous phone calls and emails, but they still have not refunded my account. I am doubtful that it will happen unless I pursue legal action. Hope that no one else has a bed experience.

    These people are scammers liars and must be shut down. The amount you pay is never what they say. I am still being asked to pay another 300 that one calls a resort fee to paid in advance of check in, this after Laing an additional 300 at booking and when I finally received confirmation of my reservation from The Villa Group as.they call themselves they say I need to pay a reservation fee in advance. There is absolutely no savings. I will book my own vacations as I have in the past where I know exactly what it’s going to cost me. This is outrageous to travel to a low rate place in the first place. I plan on making calls as they need to be shutdown. Such a ripoff
