  The flavor is great however the powder is hard to mix even with a blender bottle. There are usually still small clumps and some settling even after shaking for a solid 30 sec - 1 min.

  I’ve been using primal fuel for about three years now. About six months ago the formulation changed, and in my opinion not for the better. The new formula does not mix as well and requires a blender to get rid of the small lumps. It also tastes different, not a smooth creamy texture. Gone are the days where I can just use my old shaker blender bottle. The chocolate formula also has small hard clumps and tastes different enough that I will not buy it anymore.

  I enjoy the simplicity of the ingredients and the taste is pretty good. Alone mixed with water it tends to be very thin and still a little clumpy with a little bit of a sweetness bite aftertaste. In a blender or with almond or regular milk that tends to mix the best.

  I have used the chocolate coconut for a few years as a meal replacement for breakfast. It is delicious and used to shake up really well for me to drink while on the go at work. Since the canister and recipe changed, the coconut in the mix doesn’t dissolve no matter how long I leave it or shake it and is gooey,sticky in your teeth. So sad. It’s been really difficult to find something I love as much.

  I have tried other unsweetened ketchups and lets just say they were not the best. This product is my absolute favorite. I tried this because I was on a Whole30 round but it is the only ketchup I reach for off a round as well. I think I'm on my 3rd bottle of this awesomeness.

  This product is my absolute favorite. I tried this because I was on a Whole30 round but it is the only mayo I reach for off a round as well. I, personally, find that his mayo has a bit more ""tang"" than a traditional mayo. I love that about this mayo. I will continue to purchase this product.

  I have many sensitivities and have tried other collagen powders before but I react to something in the flavoring or perhaps how it was processed (even unflavored versions) but primal kitchen products have been good for me so I thought I would try their unflavored and I have had only positive experience so far.   I had such high hopes for this thousand island dressing. Thousand island is one of my faves. I find that this one is to much like a vinaigrette. I taste way too much of a vinegar flavor when eating. I'll finish the bottle because I purchased it but I do not plan to repurchase.

  I have followed Mark and the Primal lifestyle for several years. Due to complacency I have slipped, though not completely, I was not living “the lifestyle” I wanted to live. Keto became a “thing” that to me was to commercialized and “the latest fad”. I was turned off because it was not the barely recognized thing I use to do, being apart of a small group of individuals who had shared in the low carb and Primal life style. That all being said I got over myself and down loaded the Keto Reset and started reading (re-introducing myself to what I was sure I already knew). When I had the opportunity to join the Keto Reset Mastery Course with video content and interviews and all the extra insight I dove in and have not regretted doing so. I am now 4 weeks in, down 16lbs and feeling great. My cloths are starting to hang and look baggy so it’s time to dig out my “smaller sized cloths” that I had reluctantly hidden away over the last couple of years. This course is a great way to augment the book and help those who are committed to changing their life style to a happier healthier way of living.

  I tried the mayo and the garlic aioli and both are quite disgusting. Sorry, can’t use any other word for that. Mixed up with sour cream, still couldn’t finish it...there is a strong aftertaste ...I assume it’s the rosemary extract...

  I have been using this for probably 2 weeks now. I use it in my coffee every morning. I have noticed a vast improvement in my muscle recovery. I have also noticed that my skin is more clear, and I'm not having to wear foundation. Love this product.

  I had been on Keto for a couple of months before purchasing this course. I got the course in the 2019 Keto bundle. Personally I felt a lot of the information was very repetitive and was more for an athlete than for a 67 year old woman with a 77 year old husband. Not all of us doing Keto are going to try to become a super athlete.

  My husband and I started following a keto diet a few months ago, and he has been searching for a mustard-based BBQ sauce that does not contain sugar. Goodness knows he has done enough experiments in my kitchen trying to perfect a recipe he likes. Thank goodness we found the Golden BBQ Sauce - flavor is great and NO sugar!!

  So I noticed that the Dark Chocolate bars that I have been getting on the regular for a few years now tasted way better than before. Looks like this was due to the addition of eggs and maybe some other ingredients...not sure. I have one everyday as my late morning snack and to be honest I never really cared for the flavor but since they were clearly very healthy I stuck with them. Since we have been getting the ""new"" bars I now find them a pleasure to eat instead of just basic sustenance. My compliments Mr. Sisson.....keep up the good work and thank you!

  I'm trying to eat more tumeric and ginger because of my RA. I don't generally like the taste of either so I'm trying. This is a great option! You can taste the ginger and tumeric but it's pretty tasty and yummy! Really am digging it!

  I'm trying to cut out soy from my diet but I love soy sauce!! This sauce is perfect! Tastes very similar to soy sauce, but better, flavorful and just really yummy. One of my new go-tos for sure!
