I received my MacBook fast and at a great price! Unfortunately the MacBook had some tec issues from set up to final boot up. It would get stuck on certain set up features. Sounded like the fan was trying hard. If the MacBook was unplug it would shut down. Later found out that the battery needed to be serviced . It ran slow to see the settings on the computer. I unfortunately had to send it back for exchange. Felt a little misleading that it’s advertised as being put through vigorous testing only to have these issues.

After 1 weeks or less after I received my iPad.
It seems like a backlight problem!
Ipad is on but black display.
It comes on or off whenever it wants.
Does my guarantee still valid?

There was a small crack on the screen. I know it was suppose to be an eco friendly phone so I was expecting some cosmetic issues, like some scratches throughout the phone, but not a tiny crack with a piece of glass missing from the screen. I tried to see if it was able to be returned and they made the return process difficult for this phone and kind of gave me an attitude about me wanting to return it because I said it was eco-friendly phone again I don’t think an eco-friendly phone should’ve had a crack on the screen

Works fine put excellent condition came with the front and back scratches and some damage. Went to the customer service didn’t even work.
