The other two were terrible. I had to pay $5 for UPS to print a label to return. Being terminally ill, it was difficult but it wouldn’t keep me from ordering again because customer service is superb!!

Great quality for an eco friendly version of the phone. Plug has the best products for sure but this one won’t be able to update for new versions or apps. I’m the process of returning and customer service is great, especially Ruthie :)

Look good, but did find somewhere on it and when cleansed with a wet cleaning towel before protective case was put on found hairline crack that you could not see without exposing it

Box came damaged...when received.. has normal wear and tear.. scratches on the outside…and on the screen as well . what I did noticed was that the edge don’t know what’s it’s called is peeling off..

There isn't any pen pressure and it does work on most drawing apps overall it had a very underwhelming performance.

Must say the first impression upon seeing the MacBook was great! No cosmetic damage at all. However when I ran it, came to realize the power was draining like there was no tomorrow. Checked the battery health and it prompts to service the battery. There are some issues with the keyboard where double-pressing happens on its own and some buttons have to be given a harder push. The laptop came in under 7 days.
