Received the phone had for less then a week and had to send it back because it kept restarting it’s been a week and no one has communicated when I will receive another phone they just told me when they get the other they will send out another !! I’m not pleased with this service because it’s been a week and I still haven’t received another phone ! I’m about ready to cancel order

Well it is very bad because my phone always get very hot and it always glitch wen I get on apps I don’t like it and also my charger broker after the first few weeks with my phone please help out because I don’t wanna have to return it but thanks for the phone .

When I order this iPhone I was hesitant about which condition I wanted the iPhone to be, either “Good” or “Like New”. I proceeded to order the “Like New” condition hoping this phone wouldn’t have problems. Well, this iPhone came with one problem that is kind of a major one to me since I always use my phone. The sound is completely low maybe water damage low. I miss text messages and phone calls due to the sound. I compared the sound next to another phone to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. The sound is very foggy you can barely hear anything. This iPhone should’ve have been the price I paid for. I wouldn’t have cared if the iPhone had a scratch or dent but, the sound I wasn’t prepared for.
