The phone is good I had problems getting the sim Card to work but once I called my phone service they gave me the puk code and the pin and it worked

It was great when I received it, only problems were that one usb-c port on the left doesn't work, the battery runs out a bit quick even tho it says normal, and the fan is really loud lol. Other then that it was great. Also had a little scratch on the apple logo

The device was fine, had maybe a minor scratch on the device. However I was very displeased with the way shipping was held. This was how I got this device and it shows a lot as a company who cares.
But the device, no issues at all! Works fine I had issues with the file system but that’s cause I made a switch from a Mac in 2012 so that’s understandable, but the shipping needs reworked especially when it comes to hundreds of peoples dollars.

I got the iPad air good version and it looked brand new just a few scratches on it but it’s kinda laggy it glitches a lot when my daughter plays games on it, it kicks her out of them sometimes but overall she loves it
