The computer is in great condition and looks great. The charger i received was not working and I requested another one. The new charger came in a little over a week. I am happy with the product.

Overall, the ease of shopping and descriptions were accurate. Delivery was on time and the product provided was as described. The only hiccup we had was that the pre-installed glass screen protector we paid for came on the phone with bubbles already underneath it.

My screen is a bit glitchy and acts odd at times. Settings told me this screen was replaced and isn’t something that belongs to them. I’m ok with it so far, but I’ll see how it does.

It was packaged very nicely and works perfectly it just had a lot of outside damage that I didn’t expect buying a “good” condition one. there’s a nail missing in the bottom of it that I couldn’t find in the packaging, It still runs perfectly though and there are a few huge scratches. Overall though besides the look it’s a perfectly working laptop.

I like it. I think its a great find. Almost new looking. My only problem is that the screen is wobbly and its hard to have it replaced. Im afraid it will be broken soon
