Love the watch but I am having trouble setting it up. I had an older I watch but it is lost and available to transfer info. I am unable to get the watch face I want. It says it’s the right one but it is not. I have had to go to YouTube videos for help but I am still struggling. Once its strained out I expect to love it as I did my previous Apple Watch.

My phone came very quickly and packaged very well. It came with a power block, a power cord, phone case, and screen cover. The phone is in excellent condition and no scratches., however the the ear speakers seems to be broke cause it crackles and vibrates. It looks like someone scraped it too hard maybe trying to clean it.

The phone i bought was in excellent condition so i had high expectations when it came to battery health as i had seen eco-friendly/good reviews with high battery health with some even at 100 % . Upon 1st inspection the phone looked brand new except a tiny scratch at one of the corners but overall looks brand new . The battery health was at 80% then went to 79% the same day . I was so disappointed i wanted to return it , they offered to take back the phone as the warranty is in effect . However realising that I am in SA , the process was gonna take at-least 2 weeks minimum and they were probably gonna give me another phone with maybe a battery health in the 80’s , so i decided to keep the phone and replace the battery . Overall excellent device and very responsive customer service.

Product arrived looking spotless and all but the screen was bent as I tried installing a screen protector and it kept having a massive air bubble inside. It was disappointing as I ordered in excellent condition so I did not expect issues like this. Someone else wanted it so I gave it away and ordered a next one with tempered glass installed to make sure it was okay. Overall phone switched on and worked with local network carriers

Taken out of the box I was excited and disappointed at the same time. I should have paid for good instead of excellent came with scratches out of the box front and back.
