I fast once a week and go many hours between meals on others. I rely on tea and water to get me through and this tea has been a gift to my fasting. Thank you!

I am in love with this matcha. I drink it iced with oat milk / water mixed and it’s so delicious my body craves it in a healthy way, unlike less precious caffeine sources I used to drink. It also is calming and sustaining while energizing. Love!!!

I had some pretty high expectations for this tea after reading the care that had gone in to its production, and I am happy to say that these expectations were met. The tea has a beautiful, smooth, sweet taste. Unlike other green teas, it does not make me jittery or have a grassy taste. I love that each packet makes 12 oz of tea, which is considerably more than I had expected. I whisk the contents of the package in to cold water and drink as is, no other additions. I highly recommend this tea and plan on reordering. Knowing that it is tested for so many contaminants gives me peace of mind.

Extremely clean and flavorful. Perfect amount of astringency. Tried Passionfruit Green and Jasmine. Would love a Honeysuckle and Kukicha if ever those come available.

There was alot of frustration in getting this order,took over a month.But I must say I'm so happy to have my matcha green tea now ,its my must have morning ritual ,I do lattes so good sometimes I just have to do 2!

I’m really enjoying this Matcha. I especially like to drink it mid morning/early afternoon. I like to mix it with coconut milk. Really creamy and delicious!

Doesn't fill the void like the Fasting Cinnamon, or Bergamot, and the taste is on the light side too. The upside is having this as my first of 3 cups of green tea daily. Whether I'd recommend or not, depends on if someone is fasting AND trying to get in 3 cups of Green tea daily. If so, then Yes. If that is not their goal - then No.

I have been drinking the Sun Goddess Matcha and the Sencha for a while now. I can never make up my mind which one I want to drink. This tea is the best of both worlds blending the two, and it is my favorite new tea!! I was worried about how it would taste, but it tastes amazing!!! I also don't intermittent fast, so I was originally thrown off by the name. I am glad I gave it a try. Highly recommend!!

I buy Pique Matcha because it's safety tested for heavy metals, vastly researched for health benefits, and tastes great!! Before Pique, I assumed matcha was bitter. I use this powder in recipes like green smoothies. Of course, I do drink it at times. GREAT FLAVOR!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that it's in a tin (which I keep in the fridge)....So as convenient at home, as when I take the packets "on the road!! Honestly, I'd appreciate an even larger container. :)

Better than White Peony but still not as good as the Cinnemon Herbal Fasting Tea.
