I was worried because some elderberry supplements I have tried are not tasty. This one is! It is also conveniently packaged for one the go or after the gym. No excuse to forget to take it, especially with cold and flu season around the corner.

The taste is not as good as I thought it would be. But the ease of taking it and traveling with it is huge. I keep them in the fridge, and that seems to be more enjoyable for me to consume! I have only been taking it for two weeks and don't notice anything different yet, but I am determined to keep on it to see.

I love Matcha, and first started drinking it when I lived in Japan. This tea is seriously delicious, and all the health benefits to boot. It is my morning cup. I blend it with an electric stirrer, and add sugar free almond milk creamer. Delish! I docked one star because the PACKAGING!! Individual packages, eek! So wasteful. I would love to see this product come in a recyclable container or some sort, over the individual wrappers.

I have bought other Matcha tea powders in the past. Many of these teas were harsh and bitter tasting. I love the Sun Goddess Matcha because of the easy mixture into hot or cold water and the smooth and silky taste that is so pleasant and pleasing to my palate.

Tops any matcha you have tried. Just add some milk and you are good to go. I have so much energy and can focus much better. I got it after listening to “Heal Thy Self” podcast as it was rated number one for purity and quality. I bought two bottles and gave them away. Will be buying again and for the rest of my life!
