I love taking it before bed. It helps me wind down almost instantly. My body relaxes, my mind quiets, and I drift into the deepest, most restorative sleep. It’s like flipping a switch into calm mode. But what’s wild is how it works in the opposite way when I take it in the morning. Instead of making me sleepy, it makes me feel super clear and focused. My thoughts flow. Ideas come easily. I feel sharp, inspired, and totally in the zone. Real life magic in a cup.

Been really enjoying the RE Fountain to help me sleep better. I take this every night 1-2 hours before bed time and I wake up feeling refreshed compared to before it was very hard for me to get out of bed. Taking this in the day time is also a great. It’s thirst quenching without any after taste. So refreshing! Definitely a must in rotation with BT Fountain.

I have very much enjoyed using the Sun Goddess Matcha to make an afternoon latte treat. I usse raw milk and local honey, & it is fabulous! I will buy the Sun Goddess Matcha again.

For years I’ve tried to like matcha and it wasn’t until I tried Pique that my life was changed!! This is so delicious, especially with milk, honey, and vanilla! My my energy lasts me all day, my brain feels clearer than it has in years!

I Absolutely love this tea in the tannins in the tea once the tea has gotten room temperature or cold. It just gets better. I love it hot warm room, temperature or cold. It’s part of a heart healthy diet in so many ways the little packets make it easy to carry with you so no matter where you are. You’re ready to pause for a cup of serenity .
