One of the best matches out there. I feel so good this company does their work in finding the best, and also keeping it clean of pesticides and harmful chemicals. It tastes great, I drink it every morning, sometimes in a latte or just with water.

While these being good for the skin is definitely a perk, I really enjoy each of these products for many other reasons. The matcha is delicious and the caffeine amount is perfect for me. And the electrolytes are just really tasty and help me keep drinking enough. They don't taste artificial, which is the best part for me.

I have definitely adapted to using the frother even for hot drinks in cups that I have enough room. Works better than a spoon.

I do believe this stuff absorbs better than regular vitamin C. Have gotten used to the taste. I have been taking this pretty late in the evening on an empty stomach before bed. I felt it was more effective in the evening than morning but as far as I know there is no evidence for why that would be.
