I used to drink coffee, but now I drink 2 cups of hot tea when I wake up. Not only does it give me a caffeine boost, but it’s great for when you are still fasting. And because it comes in single servings, I could take it with me on the go. If I wanted it cold, that is also an option.

I would give the Spearmint Tea 10 stars. This has become my absolute favorite. Mid morning I enjoy hot and afternoons I have it on ice. Simon, thank you for bringing us this wonderful tea.

I take this daily without fail! It gives me energy that keeps me going all day, no more 3 pm crash! It is high quality and blends smooth and I love the taste. Can't wait to wake up in the morning and have my matcha!

I cannot not go a morning without taking a packet of this in my water! I put the powder in, add water and blend. The hydration and energy it's gives me is a noticeable change! And I have received compliments on my skin!

I’m actually drinking this because I have really bad POTS (I don’t notice a difference in my skin after a couple of months but maybe there is?) It helps with POTS a LOT, and tastes sooo much better than liquid IV and other electrolyte drinks. I pair with the RE in the evening and I’m much less dizzy. I also love the taste!!!!!
