Unfortunately, while I love the actual ingredients, I just don't love the taste. My desire for sweet always takes precedence! I am sure that regular consumption of this product would definitely increase health, but I lack the discipline to consume something regularly that I don't love. Maybe, if I get creative, I can figure out a way to mix it into a smoothie or something. Until then, it looks like I'll be sticking to the electrolytes (BT Fountain and maybe the new one), the vitamin C, and the elixers. Those easily blend with other beverages.

I bought this twice. Once as a gift for my brother. He really liked it. The second time was for me. Unfortunately, while not awful, it is not appealing enough to me to actually drink over other options. I will probably give the remainder to my brother. It's too expensive in my opinion to buy if it is not going to be enjoyed on a regular basis.

I have been suffering from insomnia for years. But it got worse after I got covid and even worse when I went into peri-menopause. I went to every doctor and tried every medication they suggested. Some just made me feel worse. Some didn't help at all. I tried CBD, which helped a little but left me feeling brain-foggy the morning after. I tried Ashwagandha, but that didn't help very much either. I also have to be careful with how much I take of anything because my body is so sensitive to medications and supplements. I was getting very frustrated! After finally getting on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) I started seeing some relief. But I was still anxious, tired and not sleeping through the night. I about gave up. But Pique had just come out with this new product and I was desperate to try yet another product. It didn't help right away, but I noticed a difference after about 1 week of consistently using it. After two weeks I was sleeping through the night with no side effects. After 30 days I noticed a huge difference in my brain fog and mood. They both lifted! I couldn't believe it! I'm on 45 days now and I'm sleeping all through the night, waking up rested without the brain fog and my energy has improved along with my mood. This has been such an answered prayer for me. Yes it is expensive, but it so, so worth it. Thank you Pique for helping me of my misery! I'm starting to feel like myself again! And by the way, it tastes delicious! Especially with coconut water. Yum!
