Gave it a try, loved the results. Nothing to date has keep me to sleep after 3-4 hours other than hardcore sleep aids. This worked! No grogginess in the morning. Thank you!

This is a nice set. That said, I did not need either of these but they came free with a product I ordered. I wish there had been an option to exclude the gift. But if I had needed them, they are wonderful, a great quality!

I have this bundle as a recurring subscription and appreciate the discount. What I love about these teas is that they do not have a strong flavor. Mild, yet effective. I notice also that my sleep is not interrupted at night, which was happening when I was drinking coffee. I find my cognition is better, as well. I don't know if that is one of the advertised benefits, but I have noticed a marked improvement in mine.

I love this tea as an iced tea. I make it per the instructions as a warm tea first, then let it cool and then add ice. Perfection!

I look forward to my cup of jasmine tea every morning! I can't do coffee, but this is the perfect amount of caffeine in the morning, never leaves me jittery. Love the floral taste.
