The taste of both is exceptional. Easily blended with water. I drink them in the morning to hydrate and get me going for the day. I am definitely impressed.

So I had very low expectations for this but I love the green tea from this brand, so I figured why not. So it has been exactly one month, I finished the first of both boxes today and HOLY COW, my skin is glowing like I have never seen. I am a walking Instagram filter. Incredible!! My skin is glowing, my wrinkles seem to have softened a bit, its absolutely incredible. I definitely think I look younger and more hydrated! I do think my hair and nails are growing faster, but my hair does seem to be falling out at the same rate unfortunately. I am also using the magnesium at night and I feel like I can tell the nights I forget to drink it, its harder to get out of bed in the morning. I sleep nice and sound when I take it and wake up feeling refreshed. I also have noticed more dreams lately which means more REM sleep! The flavor of both is very light and tastes nice! I look forward to drinking both. I will absolutely continue drinking both of these. Its pricey but with the benefits after only one month, I can't wait to see what happens next!

Went from taking PURE magnesium to Pique and feel that I get a more consistent and deeper sleep. I drink between 8-9 pm nightly.

I sub the green tea for my coffee in the morning and take the black tea after lunch and/dinner and I have to say I see a marked difference in my energy and regularity. Love the smooth taste with absolutely no bitterness you get from other green or black teas. I have these on subscription to ensure I never run out! This is one health product that is an actual joy to consume.
