I placed my order in June. I gave ample time to receive my order. I charged back through my credit card company in August because I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Pique.
I would never place another order. I'll stick with Teavana. Atleast they are reliable.

I like your product, the Sencha Green was good, the Mint Sencha Green Tea not my favorite. I stopped ordering because I called for help & spoke to Jessica who had terrible customer service skills. I unscribed to the email, & was surprised to receive emails yesterday & today.

I was so excited (and ultimately disappointed) when I received my order. It was little packets of instant tea. It took two packets in order to get an average flavored mug of tea. If they were indeed crystals and not instant tea powder and with a larger quantity in each packet I might consider purchasing again.
