I am a big fan of Pique's other teas, especially the mint stencha, which until the fasting teas came out, I used daily. I tried the ginger green tea with high hopes because I love licorice tea and was excited there was some in it as well. The flavor is very nice but the price for the fasting teas is more than double what I pay for the regular green tea in my local market. I have not used it exclusively due to its dearness so I don't feel it has really helped me with fasting more than any other tea. I would definitely purchase again if the price came in line with the rest of the Pique products.

Just not a good flavor. Matcha tea is an acquired taste that I just haven’t acquired yet.

Have not felt any additional benefit so far, but easy to use. I would rather have a bulk lot and less cost I believe.

The tea was very convenient and easy to use. I drink all my green tea as iced tea. Typically brewed from loose leaves and unsweetened, thus I am pretty picky. The flavor is a little too bitter for me and no better than unsweetened black tea. Also, since I typically drink a 16oz glass, 2 packets is a little expensive for a glass of iced tea.

Like having a cup of tea in the morning before I can eat. This one has way too much caffeine for me to handle. You need to make decaffeinated ones for us.

This tea is apparently healthier for you than most bagged teas. However, it is dried and packaged as a powder. There is not much powder in each packet and one pack of tea is very watery tasting.I find that I need to use more than one pack, which is too much caffeine and becomes expensive.

So far my favorites are the Mint Green Sencha, and LOVE the peach ginger. Also very happy with English Breakfast and Earl Grey.

The cup is nice-looking, but there is a small hole in the bottom. This may be intentional because of the double-walled insulating feature, but the result is that if any water gets in there when you're washing it, it may never dry completely.
