The tea tastes ok, sometimes can make you nauseous in empty stomach, butt easy to use hot or cold water mixes and packs on the go very well

Didn't really enjoy either brand I purchased. Love the hibiscus but has sugar.
Tried 4 times to have ingredients in each of the teas emailed but never received the spreadsheet of ingredients and nutritional values

Tea crystals do not dissolve completely immediately. Way too expensive. Tastes fine but no noticeable difference in my digestion.

The teas don’t dissolve well in cold water which is primarily how I wanted to use them. They do taste good and are fine with hot water.
