It's not bad but I do prefer every flavor in the sampler pack. I use it to stay hydrated during exercises.

I really like some of the teas in here (i .e. hibiscus, match, rooibos) but other flavors are a bit disappointing. I find that the ones with green tea in them, don’t quite have the green tea flavor, but have rather a off/bitter taste.

You have to use a blender if you want it to mix smoothly into your drink- if you just stir it, it’s still clumpy.
