  I thought using the site was incredibly easy, although I wish it had been clearly what the differences between hard enamel and soft enamel were. There was a description, but I wanted to know if the pins would look different. The pins came quickly. The price was reasonable. I hope to get more pins from PinMart next time my company needs pins.

  I’m giving five stars because Pinmart’s site is well designed, and easy to navigate, ordering was simple, and delivery was faster than expected. I especially appreciated the filters available to use while searching, but was very disappointed that the pins for US Army and USAF veterans with the traditional seals are no longer available.

  The artwork is great and came out as expected. The customer service while going through the proof process was very accommodating but some of the custom pin backs will not stay on. It looks like several of the pins do not have a deep enough of a notch on the post in order for the clasp to stay on.

  Everything was 5 star world class rite on time perfect. I would only comment on a recommendation in product description as I shop all over the net I have yet to find a name pin all caps standard letters butterfly back. Your single letter pins are the only choice so far as I can find. The word "TOP" is what I have looked for. I can find it in anything but all caps classic lettering one piece. You web site doesn't give such a description possibility of picture nor does any other I found.

  I ordered 70 custom engraved pins with a picture, symbols, and lettering. These were reverse engraving where the items I list above parse elevated and the rest of the pin was engraved. These turned out fantastic. High quality material and high quality engraving. I actually needed the first set I ordered to be delivered on the second day after the order. So after I ordered I used the website chat box to speak with a sales representative and have the order expedited and they arrived on time. So not only was the product excellent quality but the service was also excellent.

  I had these PINS created with for Help Desk technicians after we became HDI certified. I contacted HDI first and they told me they no longer give out HDI PINS and they did not have any I could purchase. So, I contacted PinMart to have some created. I am very pleased with the PINS they created.
