  Agreed he was also quite rude in his manner as well as what was said. I can see your a fair company but obviously there are some issues. All the operative needed to say was I'm sorry for your experience if you give me your phone number I can make sure it won't happen again. I would then have put in the order for the item I wanted. No winners from this experience

  Bad delivery Park Ave Video using parcelforce as delivery，but FedEx is just bad，I paid for Saturday delivery but come on Monday. I checked Park Ave Video sent it immediately, so maybe only FedEx bad.This made my Saturday plan completely ruined, so bad.

  Great shop & service Park is a great shop for filmmakers of all types from starters to full professional as the staff not only sell equipment they use it and understand it. I find the staff in the Manhattan store very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable in prosumer cine, camcorders and video equipment. I love the shop as the staff take the time to talk you through new equipment and give the benefit of their knowledge. The staff also get to know their customers and what their systems are and can tell you offers and new equipment you may be interested in. The filmmaking events are also well run and very interesting and I feel worth their cost as I improve my skill and meet some great people both local other filmmakers and the pros who shoot run in gun events.

  I was amazed by the price listed for the Nikon D5500. I did some research and read reviews until I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase. The next morning I received a call by representative Jack, who was very helpful and full of energy. I received my camera in a few days with a tracking number. will keep shopping from them.

  Very easy to navigate the website, I spoke to Luke, he was friendly and to the point as he answered all of my questions. Also, the prices they offer on new, quality gear, are virtually unbeatable.   My Sony a6400 is easy to set up and use right out of the box. The photos I shoot are super SHARP, the focus system is awesome and the Kit lens has been surprisingly good. Park Ave Video had better price and faster shipping than anyone including amazon. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

  Still useful kit at great prices I bought a Pentax K-70 DSLR body. Very pleased with it too. It's way cheaper than the current top of the range equipment but performs almost as well, in my hands at least. I'm thinking of part exchanging some gear for another one.

  I purchased from Park because they had the most competitive price. However, their processing & delivery is inadequate. It feels like they're 5 years behind. Couriers are so good now but it took 5 day's for my purchase to arrive and when I asked when I could expect my monitor I was advise between 3-5 days.

  Efficient delivering in couple of days but not impressed with packing, or rather lack of it. The boxed mini combo drone was inside a much larger box which arrived bashed .   Canon r7 bought after email alert I bought a Canon R7 because I wanted a mirrorless compatible with batteries and chargers for my R5 and EOS R bodies. The R7 is the only camera that fits the bill. I'd been waiting for months for one to come in but one did and Park Ave Video sent me an email. Very happy with the camera and the purchase experience.

  Ordered a Sony a7S III. Park Ave Video advertised the best price I could find. Good that it includes shipping and there is not additional charges added at the checkout. Good communication, order was dispatched the same day and tracking number sent. Could track it all the way although the online system showed. All up 6 days from order to delivery.

  I am so impressed with this company, every detail of purchasing from them was easy and quick. Within minutes of my purchase I had an email telling me of shipment with a tracking number and literally within minutes after that email I received one from the courier telling me the date of delivery which was the next day.   I've been looking for a store that does a whole range of cameras and accessories with a good service. Park Ave Video excelled at everything and my new Fujifilm X-S10 camera arrived without a problem the next day.   I purchased my Nikon D750 from Park Ave Video last week and used their online chat to help me decide which model would be best for me and I am so happy with my new camera which arrived the following day, I was able to take it out of the box and basically start taking pictures. The lens it came with is great for a variety of picture taking opportunities. The camera itself is a step up for me and has been very easy to use and user friendly. I'm excited to get out and use it more. Very pleased with the entire experience.

  Great prime lens Amazing lens for my D7100!! For just over $200, this prime lense is hard to beat. A nice addition to my lens, package arrived from park*ave*video* on time and well packed. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase additional lens from them. The only bad part was shipping. I got it 3 days after the promised delivery date .

  This is the first time I have used Park Ave Video & I was very pleased with the service I received. The order was placed late on Thursday, I received a courtesy call on Friday to confirm the order & was advised the camera would be delivered on Monday, the customer service could not have been better & the delivery time excellent.   Leica Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH. Lens (Black) Generally good service and item arrived within a reasonable time. Package showed signs of damage but couldn’t determine whether this was as sent or probably due to careless handling by courier. No warning signs on packing to say fragile and this was a optics with glass and worth $4,490 requiring exquisite care in wrapping!

  The perfect experience! I have nothing but praise for this company! Prices are not exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for and the quality of their second-hand cameras and lenses is hard to beat. The lens is in superb condition, just like new and as advertised, and works beautifully. I was highly delighted. A first class company, can't recommend them enough.

  1Dx Mark II for 2000 shutter clicks I am a wedding photographer and have purchased the Canon EOS-1D Mark 2 to complement my EOS 5Ds.   Broke out of the box I bought a Sigma lens for a A9 body. I took it out of the box 2 weeks ago. It will not go into auto focus. I called Park Ave video and they walked me through several tests.. Lens if bad. I have extra warranties on all my camera bodies and my art lenses, but this one got past me. I stuck and going to have to pay to fix it.
