  I ordered my new telephoto lens online, The delivery time was amazingly fast and I’m really pleased with it. The lens is fast to focus, and is not noisy at all. I used it on a trip to the zoo and was impressed with how many good pics I got with it. It is very sharp, even zoomed all the way in, and wasn't hard to use at all.

  Great Purchase Option I recently purchased the Nikon D850, got all the bells and whistles this time around, and I am very happy with everything. I also received this lightning fast; shipping through Park Ave Video is always so impressive! I ordered my camera body through Nikon, and the next day I realized that I needed the lens and backpack.   My experience while making my purchase from Park Ave Video was smooth as glass. They processed my order in a very timely manner, the camera was well packed and so far, I have been able to take some great pictures with it in auto. Have played around with a few other settings and found that it performs well with my nature photography. Captures birds in flight well. No complaints whatsoever.

They have good grading system for what your expecting, very fair prices, and cameras and equipment that are sometime difficult to find.   After hearing about the upcoming of the 200-500mm lens and a long wait for Nikon to distribute, I was finally able to buy it from Park Ave Video .   I love Park Ave Video, but please stop using UPS. If I’ve paid $15 for next day delivery, I expect FedEx. UPS just pop a note through my door and get me to pick it up at the post office. Unless you choose a different carrier I won’t be making big purchases through you online as I would only trust FedEX for handling expensive purchases.

  Nicest response from a retailer I've ever had. I had to contact Park Ave Video a couple of times about a church streaming camera purchase. Each time they were most helpful, courteous and good humored. Their collaborative approach and attention to detail really surprised me. Will deal with them in future for all my camcorder needs.   Camcorder choosing experience I was recommended this camera from a friend for it's ease of use right out of the box. I needed a Sony PXW-Z150 to record plays, musicals and concerts. Very nice camcorders for the price! For us this is an expensive camera but this is worth every penny. Glad for all the help from Park*Ave*Video too!

  Replacement lens shipped quickly… Even though there was a problem with the Lumix S PRO 16-35mm f/4 lens not going to focus correctly. Park Ave Video provided me with a contact telephone number and this was resolved and Fedex delivered within an hour. Great service from Park Ave Video.

  Great bang for the buck. I ordered my Vortex spotting scope on Friday 15th and it arrived 25th. Park Ave Video kept me informed at every step during process.   Excellent advice from the telephone sales reps; fast delivery, accurate orders, and the best product choice. I ordered a GoPro from their website and all phases of the process from the payment to the dispatching, were easy and clear. The camera arrived as per their instructions and on time.
