  Really good quality! I just wish the light colours were able to cover the lines and numbers without having to repaint 3 or 4 times before becoming invisible. Thank you.

  I do like your products. One issue though. I had sent in a picture of my "Yellow" Lab, Kodi who passed away last fall, so I could have a painting to remember him by. The paint colors were off and his face was blue. I sent the painted picture back to you and you agreed and said you would send me a new painting for free. That's the last I've heard about it and it's been about 3 months now. I realize things can slip through the cracks, but I would still like to have a painting to remember Kodi by. Please respond.   I purchased this custom paint by number as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She hasn’t received it yet, but the customer service has been A+! I accidentally cut the canvas when opening the package and they are sending a replacement. Can’t wait to give the gift…I know she will love it!

  The quality exceeded my expectations! I love this product and am ordering more. 1 out of 48 of my colours was chunky, but luckily it was barely used, and for some reason it's wanting me to put purple and green specs on my dog's face (who is black and brown), but I think that was just sun reflection in the photo that must have gotten picked up. Overall, the quality is excellent, and I can't wait for my next order to come in the mail. Highly recommend :)

  Canvas, paint and brushes look like good quality, excited to start. The frame however requires assembly and are really cheap pieces of wood that barely fit together. The wood even split on one of the pieces. I will not be using them

  This was a picture of my grand niece. It was turned into a very well setup PBN kit (36 color setup). This was the first custom PBN I have tried and loved it. I was very excited with the completed painting. I gave the completed picture to her grandparents, they loved it. Her mom and dad want me to paint another picture for them.

  I haven't painted much and don't have a photo yet. I honestly thought this was probably a scam and bought a small sized painting just to test the waters and it came in surprisingly good time from China. The Paints seem to be quality, the canvas is nice, the packaging wasn't amazing, but it didn't get damaged at all in shipment. Just a little bit bent. The brushes were the only thing that could be better. Overall I'm very impressed. The colors at first impression look right, and there's 24 of them. I would just order this with enough lead time if you're using it for something specific - like 4-6 weeks I think is about how long it took. I'll probably order another one! I am planning to use a paint by number for the guests at my wedding. :)

  I haven't started painting yet. I'm concerned about the deep creases in the canvas since it wasn't rolled but folded in quarters to ship. Also there wasn't a full compliment of colours, perhaps because there was a lot of repetition.

  Slightly disappointed with the complexity of the painting. I expected more complexity in the people colouring, particularly faces, as I have had with other companies. There are rather large areas of one colour. I am not use to seeing this.

  My only problem with it is that fact that the numbers aren’t entirely clear. When I paint though, even after painting the same spot multiple times I can still see the lines and numbers. I love my kit though, just some thoughtful tips to keep in mind! Can’t wait to buy my 2nd kit!
