  I have been using Horse shine for at least 17 years for my horses. Always shiny and I think flax is awesome for animals and people. I use it for my dogs also. I have a 10 lb. Doxie and he gets a pinch in his food everyday, he is now 17 years old.

  My issue is never to the customer service person (Rachel) who is very helpful. However I wouldn't have to be calling Rachel if the web site were more user friendly. In my recollection, I have never been able to place an order on your web site. I have no idea why...it could very well be operator error on my part. I do have to mention that I order products on line from various web sites and don't have any problems so my conclusion is that it may not be my error. I am on an auto ship program w/Omega Fields, but any changes I have had to make has had to be over the phone. That's ok...but you did ask about the web site and I answered accordingly.

  I have an older horse and I wanted to make sure he was getting proper nutrition. This was the perfect supplement for my old guy. He has a beautiful bloom to his coat and plenty of playfulness (spunk?). I am 67 years old myself and to see him running and kicking out in the pasture makes me ask myself (I actually ride this wild Cayuse?) But he is still a good boy under saddle tho. He’s a handsome, happy, healthy boy! I love to see it! Highly recommend.

  I have been ordering from Omega Fields for a while. The site is easy to navigate and I never have had an issue with the delivery. On one occasion, the product was not to my horses liking and they corrected it promptly. Their customer service is excellent!! Would not hesitate ordering from them.   Great product! Works as advertised. Put my 30 yr Mini on it as support for his breathing issues and really noticed a difference in a couple weeks. Also have my 18 yr TB mare on it for arthritis issues. Much more cost effective than some other supplement which are mostly flax based anyway. Customer service is awesome, usually ships the same day as ordered.

  I've been using this website for years and anytime I have had a question for customer service, they have been absolutely fantastic about helping me out.   The website is crap and doesn't work correctly. I could not update my credit card information or add a new one, I had to call customer service and even she had trouble doing it and had to call me back once it was done. Customer service was very nice and accommodating but I shouldn't have to call. The product is great. Horseshine stores well and I have confidence in it in regards to my horses' health.

  I'm sorry you felt frustration with our shipping. We offer "free shipping on most orders based on location" with a note to see the restrictions. The rural shipping charge is actually a fee that UPS charges to zip codes they consider rural to their shipping terminals. https://www.ups.com/us/en/shipping/surcharges/delivery-extended-area.page I understand why this seems confusing. While you may not live in a rural area, UPS considers your address to be rural to their location and charges an additional fee. To avoid factoring this into our pricing for all orders, we charge the additional charge only to those addresses that this applies. There are a few ways to help offset this charge. The easiest is to sign up for our monthly newsletter at the bottom of our homepage https://www.omegafields.com/. Each month we include a discount code. The second option is to join our autoship program for a product. You can set up an order to process automatically at whatever time period you like. You save a percent off the product, based on the product and size. Any type of shipping charge is then waived, so there would be no shipping charge. You would not be able to combine a discount code with the autoship discount though. The nice thing about the subscription program is you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.   Omega Fields was a huge help getting my order delivered from UPS. After weeks of UPS statusing the 50lb pkg of Antioxidant Senior Care 'out for delivery' and not delivering it, numerous calls, frustration, getting nowhere with UPS and the distribution center insisting the only way I could get it was to pick it up myself I called Omega Fields for help. They weren't sure if they could do anything, because they're a small company, but they'd try. Next day, same update game, Yantic posting a bogus reason why pkg was not del, this time it was storm conditions, (it had rained briefly), then restatusing pkg out for delivery with no intension of delivering it. Got a call from Omega Fields. They'd checked the update too, apologized, offered to recall the pkg and refund my money, but asked if I was willing to wait a little longer and see if their UPS rep could get anywhere. I agreed. Next day, surprise! No delivery. Then, the dog starts barking close to 9pm, let him out and there, leaning on my stairs was a big beautiful box of antioxidant goodness. Woot! No need to stress I'd run out any more, though I dreaded if anyone else chose UPS as their carrier I'd have the same hassle again. But! Every UPS pkg shipped to me after that? Delivered on time. You GO Omega Fields! Small, but _mighty_. Thank you for all your help.

  I was fortunate to get a “coupon” to use on my first purchase for 15%. Unfortunately, my bill totaled $49.95. The coupon required a total of $50. So the coupon was essentially worthless.

  I would rate them at five star but they've got my address screwed up but I could not contact them to get my address corrected before they shipped my Omega horse shine. they seem to have part-time hours in their office and I could not raise anybody until I called the president's number. That's a little disconcerting I didn't need to talk to the president I need to talk to somebody who could straighten out my address.
