I can't believe the quality, the speed of the transaction, and the immediate and friendly customer service by My Choice Software...and didn't mention the price?! This is the best microsoft retail service I have ever found and I have used three of the software. Their customer support is insanely helpful and includes non working demos that show you exactly what to expect. And the instructions it comes with is so cool.

Awesome, easy to use and simply designed website. Love the YouTube videos linked on each software page. First-time customer, decided to take a punt on My Choice software after being let down on an order by another retailer. Items were in stock, order was processed quickly and arrived when it was supposed to. Customer service was responsive and courteous. More delivery options at checkout would be nice, but that's a minor point. Would definitely use these guys again. Brilliant service - I had the item within 2 hours of placing the order. The only comment was there was no invoice in the parcel so if I should need to return the item I would have to trawl back through emails to get the details.

Fantastic company. Ordered windows on sunday night at 8.30pm, os was delivered 9.30 monday. Great communication and given an hour time slot for delivery and an awesome customer support. Perfect. To my pleasant surprise it was despatched a full week before release with no prompting by myself or any else with prompt notifications to tell me of the status of the order.
