These cutting boards are amazing. They down leave cuts on them and they are dishwasher safe. Ordered these for myself and for gifts!

I know what you’re thinking. “I wish she was my friend/relative because she’s such a great gift giver.” Well, you’re right. My sister got this, and reported back with a 5 star review. I might now buy one for myself because my husband never will due to the underlying awkwardness of buying a wife domestic items as gifts. I get it. So I’ll just use my own damn money. I used it to flip over some potstickers that were sticking a little to the pan. I was able to get under them without separating the skins and without scratching the pan. Exactly what I needed that.

The board pairs well with the Trio of Knives, and is the perfect size for cutting everything from pork tenderloin to broccoli crowns. The fact that it is make from recycled plastic is a bonus.
