Truth is I have not used it to speak of for the 8" knife I purchased (it is still very sharp) , but I have sharpened a couple of other older knives with it and it put a nice edge on them and was easy to use.

It keeps its edge beautifully. Use it often and it has kept its edge. The knife is a pleasure to use.

It is very attractive and holds the knives well. I have 5 knives on one side but both sides are magnetic

This soft-edge turner feels solid and has some heft to it. My favorite turner to use with my non-stick pans.

This was a gift, he loves it, especially the color. The hole is nice if you want to hang it, super easy to clean, nice texture. I also bought the bowl, which has turned out to be his favorite kitchen accessory. Who knew?! Shipped quickly.

The absolute best! I use it daily, especially for meat or anything I don’t want on my wooden ones. It’s light, doesn’t stain, and looks beautiful. Can’t wait to buy more colors.

Bought this to to replace an old cheap whisk that was falling apart and so far it is doing a much better job - good size, easy to hold.

Perfect for salads or noodles, elegant style, and most importantly, relatively light yet sturdy. I was afraid they would be fragile but they are pretty easy to handle.

So far I'm impressed, very impressed. Gorgeous, cooks great etc. Still getting used to the weight--it is heavier than most non-sticks. After some time I suspect I'm going to like a little more weight. Production problems? Had to send my first pan back because of major scratch marks around the perimeter. The "Material" stamp on the back of pan had actually caused a raised section inside the pan. No hassels...the replacement I got has no scratches but has an almost imperceptible raised "Material" logo on the inside. Strange, but it doesn't seem to effect anything and I'm really enjoying the pan.
