The knife has a nice feel out of the box. And of course it's sharp but I haven't used it long. It seems to be high quality and everything advertised when I bought it.

I love this stand - the magnets are very powerful, it looks beautiful on my countertop, and I love the shape as it holds even my longest knife (210mm). I no longer worry about marks that my knife sheaths are making on my Japanese knives, and get to look at them every day instead of storing them away in a drawer. Great for a rental, as you don't have to worry about drilling holes and refilling at the end of the lease like you would with a wall-mounted magnetic knife holder!

I am someone who cooks often. Thought my knives were good enough but after many mishaps of using not so perfectly sharpened and subpar quality knives, I took the plunge and purchased this Material set. I dont know how I didnt lose a digit using my old knives after one slice with the chef knife. Highly recommend!

They're fun but mostly they're the perfect size. I use them for serving (or eating) salads, I use them as "garbage bowls" when I'm cooking, I find myself constantly reaching for them.

I cook daily and go through cutting boards frequently. I’ve been using the reBoard for over 2 weeks and impressed by the fact that even with my sharpest knives, there are no marks/grooves on the cutting board. They are lightweight, stable (does not shift during chopping), and easy to clean. I am impressed and will be purchasing the smaller ones too!
